People have a wealth-building blind spot. They focus 100% on saving. Don't get me wrong — saving is great. But don't overlook your *earning* potential. Most people: • Climb the corporate ladder • Save 10% of their income • Invest in index funds Try adding this approach: • Build skills that scale • Create multiple income streams • Invest in yourself and your ideas Your job isn't the enemy. Limited thinking is. Your 9-5 can fund your 5-9. And your side gig can outgrow your day job. Don't quit recklessly. Strategically expand your options. Remember: There's no ceiling on entrepreneurial income. Want to take the first step toward building some? Learn to use LinkedIn the *right* way. Here's how 25K+ people & 60 Top Voices use it: https://lnkd.in/eh9pVVuf What skill will you monetize this month?

Every entrepreneur who starts a business is going to have a rough ride. You’re going to have HIGH highs and LOW lows. But, if you find and understand your purpose early on, that can help you maintain the energy, the grit, and the steadfastness to not give up. When I was starting KIND, my office was in the basement of my building - you had to walk down the stairs, through a dark hallway, past the laundry room, say hello to the trash compactor, and if you hooked a right, you could find my windowless office. Five or six times a day, the trash compactor would do its thing and start flooding fumes throughout the basement. I couldn’t attract anybody to come work in those conditions. But I had found my purpose early on. I don’t know if I just got lucky, if it’s the way my parents raised me, or if it is the heritage of what my father went through forcing me to recognize the importance of making this world better. That purpose helped me find meaning to sustain me through challenges…like a bad smelling, motivationless basement office…

A business mind is characterized by strategic thinking, innovation, and adaptability. It's the ability to foresee market trends, understand consumer needs, and create value. A successful business mindset involves analytical skills to assess risks and opportunities, coupled with creativity to devise unique solutions. Effective business minds prioritize long-term goals while being agile enough to respond to immediate challenges. They excel in resource management, ensuring optimal use of time, finances, and human capital. Networking and relationship-building are also crucial, as they foster collaborations and open new avenues for growth. Moreover, a business-oriented individual constantly seeks knowledge, staying updated with industry changes and technological advancements. They are not afraid of failure but view it as a learning opportunity. Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude are hallmarks of a strong business mind. Ultimately, having a business mind means consistently striving for excellence, maintaining ethical standards, and leading with a vision that inspires others. This mindset drives not only personal success but also contributes to the broader economic landscape, fostering innovation and progress within the industry.
