✨Christmas cheer to our Benedetta Tagliaferri✨ 2024 was a busy year for Bene, our Diversity, Inclusion, and TIL+ Lead. She is about to complete an apprenticeship to become a professional coach, dedicating 445 hours to learning and 30 hours to 1-to-1 coaching. Excited to deepen her coaching expertise by working with the TIL team, she is ready to help people achieve any goal—from boosting confidence and public speaking to offering personal development and career advice—with her energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable approach. As TIL+ founder and project leader, she is also thrilled to celebrate Germany joining the TIL+ journey along with the UK, US, and Ireland. 🌍✨ On a personal note, this year marks 10 years in London for Bene! She’s celebrating this milestone by getting her place in London 🏡 and starting to volunteer with Diversity Role Models. This charity helps schools and companies to embrace Diversity & Inclusion, with a focus on supporting LGBTQ+ people. 🌈 Happy Holidays, Bene! You are a true superstar! 🌟

Everyone appreciates a kind word! At TIL, we’re driven by the encouragement and recognition. Sometimes, the recognition we receive is so impactful it leaves us humbled. David Riedman, an employee of the K-12 School Shooting Database, shared his thoughts on a recent project led by Nayeli Jaime: "The team looked at a large dataset with fresh eyes and was able to present new findings with highly intuitive, user-friendly dashboards. 🚀 Empowering Lambeth Larder with Data-Driven Insights🚀 We recently partnered with Lambeth Larder to transform their reporting, moving from manual Excel sheets to an automated, interactive Tableau dashboard. Our Achievements: 1. Developed dashboards for website, wnline wirectory, and wocial wedia with key performance indicators. 2. Added timeline filters and download options for easy data sharing. 3. 🚀 Driving Inclusive Innovation with Diversily 🚀 We recently collaborated with Diversily, helping visualise the positive impact of including historically excluded groups in product design and campaigns. Our team created a dashboard to showcase how inclusivity boosts both returns and recognition. Key Achievements: Designed visuals, including DZV waffle charts, uplift bars, and enhanced bubble charts, to highlight diverse group impacts. Overcame data challenges by leveraging the ONS API and Alteryx to ensure accuracy and clarity in visual representation.
