Not only are there countless roles within sales, but countless industries, products, services, teams, and progression opportunities... meaning it is the career choice for more than just one type of person 💜

I approached Helena to convince her that recruitment was a perfect fit for her but she was very adamant about being a marketer... almost 3 years later and look at where she is 🔥 She took the leap, despite her family thinking she was joining a MLM 🔺👀 I originally tried to convince her to use her Neuroscience degree to join the Life Science team but when we met for a coffee, I KNEW my wonderful wife who heads up the Product & Agile Delivery would be a force to be reckoned with. Her quote says it perfectly - by her embracing who she is, she's thrived as a result of it... Regardless of market that is typically male-dominated. The stereotypes are changing EVERY DAY 💜

  • Leading in freight comes with its own challenges... especially for women. As Sadaf Sadeghi shares, “As a woman, particularly in management, I often had to work harder to establish trust, demonstrate my capabilities, and prove that I could lead in this competitive space.” But it's the industry is starting to change for the better 👇 Carolina Suarez highlights how there are “more women now in Logistics than ever.” This shift means there’s more support, more community, and more female leaders showing that effective leadership is about skill, not gender. So, if you’re pushing through challenges, remember: 💙 Consistency builds trust 💙 Build networks with others in logistics 💙 Stay true to your strengths Here’s to making an impact, one day at a time. #WomenInFreight #LeadershipInLogistics #EmpoweredWomen

  • Progression as a woman in the freight industry? 🚛 In freight, we know progression doesn’t always look the same as it does in other fields. It’s about learning the complexities of logistics, managing client demands, understanding regulations, and proving yourself in what’s often a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. But it can also mean finding your voice, advocating for what you bring to the table, and paving the way for other women to follow. It’s not always easy, but it’s definitely rewarding 🏆 If you’re in freight and navigating your own path to progress, here are some questions to think about: - What skill have you mastered that’s helped you move forward? - How do you make yourself stand out in such a competitive space? 📊 We want to ask you... "When it comes to progression in freight, what do you think is the most important factor?" #WomenInFreight #enableEU #FreightForwarding #Logistics
