I have heard about YPO, or the Young Presidents' Organization, for the better part of the past fifteen years. I could not have been more impressed by the caliber of folks that have been a part of the organization since I was first introduced to it during my early 20s in #NewYorkCity. The authenticity, intellect, determination, and accomplishments of its members always came across as second to none. On a business trip to Saudi Arabia some two years ago, a fine gentleman by the name of Roy Abrams suggested that I join YPO. He thought that my global experiences, work with governments around the world and understanding of the #blockchain space and involvement in other industries throughout my career would contribute handsomely to the organization, its members and its overarching goals. So, over the past year or so, I decided to seriously explore the opportunity and, today, I could not be more proud - and truly humbled - to be a part of this global group of executives and thought leaders. The folks that I have met here in #washingtondc and in other chapters around the world are sure to become fast friends. I look forward to contributing to both my chapter and the organization at large. Thank you for having me, YPO! And thank you to my team at Arca for their support over the years.

Pioneering CEO in Construction Technology, Sustainability Advocate, and Ironman Athlete
Yesterday was a fun change of pace—no talk about construction tech or Ironmans this time. I had the chance to sit down for a fireside chat with my good friend, Dev Pragad Prasad, CEO of Newsweek, as part of the YPO Metro NY Chapter "In the Boardroom" series, which I had the privilege of championing. Dev’s energy and passion for the Newsweek brand were incredible to see firsthand. Hearing him talk about the transformation he’s led over the past few years—taking an iconic brand and turning it into a leading digital media powerhouse—was nothing short of inspiring. He’s been driving real change, and you can feel how deeply he cares about the legacy and future of the organization. The event, set against the stunning NYC skyline from Newsweek’s World Trade Center offices, was a great example of the kind of meaningful conversations YPO fosters. Huge credit to Ashley Fina, our chapter’s Learning Officer, for curating an amazing learning calendar this year. Events like this make it clear we’re in for a great year ahead. These kinds of conversations remind me why I love being part of YPO. Leadership, vision, authenticity—it all makes a real difference, not just for a company but for the people and industries around it. Huge thanks to Dev for sharing his journey so openly.
