Toney has been given a exit route to Saudi Arabia, but his dream move to a Premier League giant hasn't materialised.
"Nothing to tell you," Brentford boss Thomas Frank told BBC Match of the Day. "I hope I don't have to answer many more questions like this in the future, but it is what it is. I have already said if Ivan is here, good, if he is not here then also good. Let's see what happens."

And whatever happens next year, we'll see. Everything happens for a reason, that's how I see it. Hopefully it'll be successful."

Carragher explains Liverpool's quiet window
Jamie Carragher has given his take on why Liverpool are yet to make a single signing in the summer transfer window.
"The reason why Liverpool aren't buying any players right now is likely because they're thinking about next summer," he said on Sky Sports. "That might sound ridiculous but in the last few years, more than that, they haven't panicked in the transfer market.
"Do they need reinforcements in certain positions? Yes. The squad is big enough but do they need more quality to compete with Manchester City and Arsenal this season? Yes. But when you have a poor transfer window or make a few bad signings, that can knock you back as a club two or three seasons.
"Arne Slot used the word 'opportunistic' in the market during his first press conference, but if something comes up, they'll be ready to go. Now, it looks like there's a goalkeeper situation and that's almost for next season.
"I think from now until the deadline comes in, I don't think Liverpool will be putting bids in left, right and centre for players across Europe but there'll be two or three players they have their eye on and they'll be looking at the situation of those clubs and seeing if they can be opportunistic."
Howe reiterates Trippier stance
Eddie Howe says he wants to keep Kieran Trippier at Newcastle.

Arne Slot is not concerned about the contractual status of Mo Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

The main thing for all of them, if you're out of contract or not, is to get the best performance as possible and there is where I should and will help them with my staff, to bring out the best of them."
