“AV Piloting Mod for Cyberpunk 2077” In the sprawling cyberpunk universe, I’ve always yearned to soar freely aboard an AV (autonomous vehicle). Alas, the game’s major updates have ceased, and any official additions seem as elusive as a glitch in the matrix. But fear not! I’ve decided to craft the missing puzzle piece for this magnificent game.
It is compatible with CyberPunk2077 game version 2.2. We have not tested this mod on versions prior to this. This mod has undergone a major update and is now version 2.X.X. The specifications are significantly different from the previous version 1.X.X. Points to note are as follows:
Major changes to vehicle control and physics
Changes in dependent mods
The Menu for this mod, which was displayed in CET Overray, has been discontinued (instead, settings can be changed in the Native Setting UI)
Add Armed AV and Helicopter
Features
You can own a flying vehicle and freely fly around.
Autopilot to the location of the map pin. You can also save your current location as a favorite destination for autopilot.
Change settings using the built-in game UI.
Almost all operations can be key-bound.
The following popular mods are compatible: Virtual Car Dealer: You can purchase AV like cars. AMM: You can assign companions to seats.
Getting Started Steps 1 and 2 are necessary for manual installation.
Step1: Dependency Installation
Make sure you have the following mods installed as dependencies for this mod: “CET”, “Codeware”, “RED4ext”, “TweakXL”, “redscript” and Native Settings UI.
If you want to purchase AV, please also install “Virtual Car Dealer”.
Step2: Download and Install the Mod
Download and unzip this mod.
Copy and paste the mod files into your Cyberpunk 2077 game folder.
Step3: Get AVs
You can get an AV using either of the following methods:
Purchase it from the Virtual Car Dealer. Added to vehicle list.
Activate from the mod settings screen in the Native Settings UI
Step4: Summon AVs in the Open World
Just like a car, the AV lands in front of you when you select it from the vehicle list; since the AV descends from the sky, you may not be able to get down to the bottom where there are many structures.
Step5: Getting On and Off
Approach the AV and select a seat. (You can drive from any seat.)
When exiting, press and hold the button to exit the common vehicle.
Step6: Returning the AV
To return the AV, select it again from the vehicle list.
