WHY THIS MOD:
HOW TO INSTALL: Simply download then extract this mod to your Cyberpunk folder.
BUT THE VALUES ARE TOO HIGH/LOW: Edit values inside with any text editor, I tried my best to keep them easy to understand and edit with comments.

- Scalpel main characteristic is increased Crit chance while activating Sandevistan, which become less unique and valueable after the introdution of Shinobi skill's level 60 (easily pass 100% Crit chance resulting a waste while activating Sandevistan).
- In Japan, brain surgeon, top of all. Good instinct.
- Split +50% Crit chance bonus while activating Sandevistan into +30% Crit chance bonus while activating Sandevistan and +20% Crit chance bonus on any situation.
- Critical hits emit electric bolts which bounce to 2 nearby targets (damage scale with Scalpel's tier).
