This is a location makeover at a warehouse where you can chill, hangout, smoke a bud with your home boys or home girls!
Well that was my little intro to this mod, what it is well was an empty warehouse where I converted to a dance club to hang out. The warehouse stays empty until 10pm where people start walking around and the dance club opens at midnight until 6AM. So from 12AM to 6AM you will see people dancing inside and hanging out.
The parking lot was cleared and a lot things moved since the club "acquired" this warehouse.
Option file for a location teleport through AMM is available for download.
I believe this spot was used by bad guys in one point during the game but I am unsure since I haven't played the story in like 4 years. I recommend before installing this mod to check out the warehouse in your game to make sure it is empty or if you have to clear it from thugs.
