Complete the Delamain quest FIRST!
After finishing the Delamin quest line this garage sits abandoned so I converted it to look a lot better so you can park your vehicles inside the massive garage. A lot of the delacrap things were thrown out once you moved in so you can live PIMP in downtown Night City!
Take the Delamain HQ teleporter to get there the fastest!

Install the above mod so when you call your vehicles they won't despawn when you leave or do other things ingame. This way you can park your cars/motorcycles inside the garage like GTA 5 and walk out like a pimp daddy!
