Simple tweak that changes the max and min camera pitch in vehicles.

Cyberpunk by default only lets you look like 20-25 degrees up and down in vehicles. That means you can't really look around at the detailed interiors.
This mod just changes the max angle to 60, so you can get a good view of whatever vehicle you are driving. That's all.
Requires Cyber Engine Tweaks, should work with any version since this mod is only like 4 lines of code.
Should be compatible with everything.
