Full TOC Overhaul - More Character and More Realistic

A full redo of the TOC voice lines. Much more realistic, and with more character - rather than the current Macho-Man Duke Nukem sounding lines.

Realistic Voiceover with Yelling (UPDATES ARE COMING BACK)

This mod uses real police codes such as a 10-52 (Resuscitator is needed), and a 10-999 (Officer Down) to immerse you into the panic and fear that would occur while maintaining professionalism amongst your teammates. The specific purpose of the mod is to add a more realistic tension, and correctly displays authority over anyone you may encounter.
