Check out Pnubs's HUGE Skyrim player home, Havardr, that hit the Nexus on Skyrim's 13th birthday! A bedroom quarters within the castle can be obtained after finishing a quick quest from Peladius to eliminate a rather odious crew of undead. The home includes a farm house, with apiaries and a vegetable garden, a garden of your own including 76 fertile soils, an atrium, armory with a full smithing suite, guard dining hall, guards' barracks, and servants' quarters. There's a main hall, with a kitchen, an aquarium, a hall of the dead, an undercroft, and dining room for nobles, (which even has a mini model of the home, which is too cool). There's a bathing room, grotto, bedrooms for nobles, master bedroom with a wing where 10 followers can stay, a wing where 6 kids can stay, a teleport spell, bookshelves, weapon plaques and mannequins, and an arcane enchanter, staff enchanter, and alchemy lab with 8 additional fertile soils... Oh yeah, and a secret entrance to a large armory and a cellar with special wine you can get once a day, a fish hatchery, and an entrance to a secret cave that leads to an exit under a nearby waterfall. There's also an observatory with an additional alchemy lab and arcane enchanter, and a three level chapel, with all of the shrines to the divines, a fountain that can give you a special blessing, a congregation space, and a nature area/bedroom for the priest. And outside, there's an Olympic-sized swimming pool, outdoor dining, and tons of observation decks that take advantage of some of the best views in the game. Also, it comes as an NPC version, that has tons of NPC's roaming the areas, from nobles, guards, servants, priests, etc. OR a no NPC version that gives you those beds to use for your own followers, and I'd estimate you'd have at least 50... easily.

Basically, this home is extra, and I loved it!
