Kate Middleton ventured out today for the Christmas Day Church service at Sandringham. She radiated strength and confidence, according to a body language expert following her recent chemotherapy. Body language guru Judi James also observed an 'unexpected' companion for Kate in little Lena Tindall, who elatedly cheered her Royal relatives.

Sharing insights with Fabulous, Judi revealed, "As the Wales's stepped out for their meet with the crowd Lena was seen bobbing about, waiting for a gap to get in and cheer her friends up." She detailed that six year old Lena made both Princess Charlotte and the Duchess smile.

Judi also said, "It was very much Kate's crowd, with a more tactile display of affection from both the fans and Kate herself. There were full body hugs and even some clinging or lingering rituals from both the fans and Kate during what looked like some personal and very meaningful conversations."

The analyst pointed out the symbolism in Kate's attire—her choice of an 'earthy country green shade' mirrored by other royals—took on special meaning during her health recovery, signalling 'unity' and 'team bonding', as Queen Camilla, George , and Louis coordinated in shades of green, reports the Mirror.

This morning, Kate chose to wear a fascinator, which Judi said symbolises 'strength' and 'confidence', unlike a large hat that can suggest vulnerability. She was also thrilled to see the return of 'Kate's dimpled smile'.

Kate has been on a break from her Royal duties since she announced her cancer diagnosis. A spokesperson for Kensington Palace confirmed she began preventive chemotherapy in late February.

After taking a break from Royal duties, Kate confirmed in September that she had completed chemotherapy and was focusing on being 'cancer free'. Kate shared that she was "looking forward" to returning to work and taking on more public engagements in the upcoming months.

The appearance of Prince William, Kate and their three children on Christmas day comes after they missed the royals' annual pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace last week. This festive gathering is usually held a week before Christmas and sees around 70 of the King's relatives invited. It was expected that William and Kate would attend with their children, however, they had already started their Christmas holiday and weren't present at the London event.

William revealed that Kate hopes to increase her Royal engagements in 2025. He said: "I think hopefully Catherine will be doing a bit more next year, so, we'll have some more trips maybe lined up."
