Coleen Rooney has spoken out about her rumoured '£1 million TV deal' and dismissed claims of having a 'plan' during her stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! The mum-of-four came in second place in Sunday's final of the ITV show (8 December), where McFly's Danny Jones was crowned King of the Jungle.

Coleen, who reached the final alongside Reverend Richard Coles, who finished third, and Danny, took part in two trials with her fellow finalists and managed to secure a full house of stars, earning them a luxurious three-course meal for their last night in the jungle. After leaving camp and waiting for the result, Coleen, 38, chatted with Ant and Dec about her campmates.

Coleen said: "The whole camp was – everyone was from different backgrounds, had different life stories, but as a group, we were all open, and we could relate to each other in different ways."

On Monday (December 9), Coleen appeared on Good Morning Britain to chat with hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid about her jungle experience. When asked why now was the right time to do the show, she told the presenters: "I felt ready to give it a go. It was a challenge to take myself away from my family, and I don't regret anything now after coming out."

Coleen was then questioned about her 'plan' for the jungle, with Richard asking: "When you went into the jungle, was it part of the plan to open up and let them see you as the person you really are?", reports the Manchester Evening News.

Coleen opened up about her time in the jungle, saying: "No. I went into the jungle with no plan. I went in for myself and not for anyone else. What you see is what you get, and I think even my campmates were surprised. I think they thought 'she lives in a nice house, she's used to luxury', but I don't mind getting stuck in. I'm a mum of four boys as we said, we go on walks, we go into ponds and we get dirty."

When quizzed about The Sun's headline claiming she's landed a 'Col's £1m telly deal', Coleen responded, "Well that's news to me... Apart from speaking to Wayne and my boys, I haven't seen anything and I don't intend to until I get back into the UK."

She concluded by sharing her excitement for Christmas and her plans to sit down with her team. She said: "I’m looking forward to Christmas, and then in January I will sit down with my team and see what I am going to do going forward.”
