Oh man…. It was a train wreck you couldn’t look away from. The acting was bad. I just kept asking “why?” Through out the whole film. To be honest i don’t know what I expected. Lol watch if you are in for a good laugh.

Hilarious! People keep getting eaten by sharks. So what happens throughout the movie? More people keep getting into the water…and eaten by sharks. Question for France. If you’re wanting to get people excited about the Olympics, why would you pick now to release a movie about killer sharks eating people in the Seine? And did the sharks cause a tsunami? Why is Paris underwater? This is the kind of movie that ends careers. Just terrible from start to finish. But if you keep watching, you can’t help but laugh!

The film was average until the moment the sharks activated the bombs, seriously? That wasn't good at all! The film had an open ending, they probably intended to produce a sequel that will never happen!

Stupid. Bad. Stupid. Unbelievable. And and and stupid.

This is one of the best shark movies since The Shallows. The shark scenes look so realistic & the actors were so AWESOME. My favorites are Adil & Sophia. I was hoping they ended up together but I'm hoping for a sequel hence the shocking ending. I've already watched this movie over 10x already. It's my absolute favorite film this year. Go check it out.

The movie had an unbalanced theme to the movie and had illogical sense when it came to explaining the sharks and how they can self-replicate without intercourse (like how does that make sense???)

This movie fell in that category of “so bad I can’t stop watching”. My son and I were cracking up, but I don’t feel this was meant to be a comedy. The characters were very cliche. The best part was when the girl who thought she could lead the shark back out to the ocean by swimming with it got…well…exactly what you think she would get. If nothing else it did remain entertaining.

Terrible film. I know it's a fantasy but the lack of any actual/made up science or indeed common sense is ridiculous while pretending to be serious throughout. It's not just the stuff about the sharks that doesn't add up either, for example "why did you leave the army?" "I'm a coward, I left my brothers during a rescue mission they rescued the hostages but they all died"???? So the Taliban killed all the soldiers but the unarmed hostages all escaped. Also it's bloody french 😆

One of the thrilling and most wonderful experience had so far. ❤️

This movie has no creativity, very unrealistic and no true ending. The last 20+ minutes made zero sense since it didn’t end how it should have been. I’d rate it zero stars but this website won’t let me do that. Completely pointless and terrible storyline.

An entertaining shark feature. The film of course is a work of fiction and liberties were taken throughout the fil the pushed into the unrealistic, but most of it could be written off. However the last 20+ minutes were completely unrealistic to the point of becoming sharknado levels of stupid.

One can always claim that a terrible movie is playing to the ridiculousness of the genre, but I tried to watch and found myself unable to look past the horrible acting and the terrible plot holes (e.g. how does someone drummed out of the army for cowardice end up with a police job, where does all that water come from at the end?)

This movie was ok. It was entertaining but had some pretty serious problems, first and foremost being the CGI sharks (as usual). I'm not sure why it's so difficult for studios to create a realistic, true to life CGI shark. Kon Tiki was able to do it but nearly every single other attempt has been a failure. The Shallows wasn't awful either, to be fair. That's not to say all of the CG was awful in this movie. There were a few shots where the CG looked quite good, usually when the shark attacked head on with its mouth open. Those moments were almost believable. There were also a couple of close shots of the shark's body where the skin and texture looked natural. Those were beautifully done. But the overall feel and look of the shark were meh. Aside from the sharks there were some pretty blatant rips from Jaws. The hardheaded mayor not wanting to call off an event over sharks... the shark dragging the yellow buoys through the water at one point. Attempting to explain an attack as propeller strike. Some of the characters were so bad you couldn't wait to see them get eaten and it was rather satisfying when they did. Some of the acting wasn't bad... some was pretty terrible and felt unbelievable. Honestly I think my favorite part of the film was the opening scene. Aside from the wide shots of the shark that looked off-puttingly strange it was well done. Wish the rest of the film had been as well done. It went from what could have been a good shark film to a B horror film pretty quickly. For all its issues, though, it was pretty well shot. And I think parts of the concept were cool. As far as sharksploitation films go this one ranks well below Jaws or The Shallows, or even 47 Meters Down... it sits somewhere between those and the ultra campy ones that make up the rest of the pack. If you miss this one, you're not missing much.

The movies was great although it lacked a bit of story telling and it could have been more intense it's still a pretty solid watch, definitely recommend it
