Wear OS 3.5 April 2023 patch released, awaited for Samsung Galaxy Watch5, Watch4
Google announced Wear OS 3.5 April 2023 security patches for compatible smartwatches. Samsung Galaxy Watch5 and Watch4 series also run Wear OS 3.5, while the April 2023 patch is currently available for just Google’s Pixel Watch.
According to the info, Google released the monthly Wear OS 3.5 software update for April 2023 and all supported Pixel Watch devices running Wear OS 3.5 will receive this security patch. The company disclosed that the rollout will continue over the next week in phases depending on carrier and device.
Samsung, on the other side, may soon deliver a new One UI Watch update based on Wear OS 3.5 to the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch4 lineups, installing April 2023 security patches. As soon as your smartwatch gets a new firmware update, you will get notified about that.
