Special Issue on Palliative Care
Palliative care is a multidisciplinary approach to providing medical and nursing care for patients
with life-limiting diseases. As a special method of clinical care, palliative
care mainly focuses on symptoms control, alleviating pain, nutrition support,
supplemented by psychological care. Palliative care can not only reduce traumas
of patients, but also extend the patients’ survival time and improve life
quality. Palliative care is a very important part of cancer treatment.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on
exploring palliative care. Potential
topics include, but are not limited to:
