Chanel is a Bay Area-based writer, editor and journalist. After graduating from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism in 2017, Chanel took her writing talents to New York, where she served as a breaking news writer at Hearst Digital Media. Since her stint in NYC, Chanel has returned home to California and carved out her beat in the entertainment and wellness space. Her work can be found in publications including Popsugar, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Elle, SELF, Delish, Town & Country, SheKnows and more. When she's not writing and reporting, Chanel loves to perform improv comedy with her house team, work up a sweat on the treadmill, take long nature walks, explore the San Francisco food scene, read mystery novels and bake gluten-free desserts.
