We are thrilled to announce the general availability of our SAP Signavio August 2024 release. The highlights of this release include the introduction of process AI capabilities and new SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager features. Additionally, we are excited to highlight the announcement of Datricks becoming an SAP endorsed app:
SAP Signavio has expanded its partnership with Datricks, the leader in AI-powered risk mining, with Datricks for Risk Mining now available as an SAP endorsed app. The integrated solution offering combines Datricks' advanced risk detection capabilities with SAP Signavio's comprehensive process management and process mining capabilities, enabling organizations to proactively identify, prevent, and mitigate risks, streamline audits, and gain insights for informed decision-making.
New process AI capabilities
In this release, we are excited to introduce AI capabilities that streamline the process of defining and enhancing business process models. Our AI-generated process model recommendations reduce the need for time-consuming consultation sessions, allowing process owners to swiftly move from research to design. By leveraging a database of 5,000+ best practices from SAP, our solution automatically narrows down thousands of options to those that best fit your business needs. Additionally, our new AI-assisted performance indicators recommender helps you identify the most relevant metrics to measure process success, ensuring you make informed decisions and optimize your operations effectively.
SAP Signavio Process Insights
We bring many powerful features to help you optimize your processes and drive better business outcomes. With our intuitive correction recommendations for process flows and potential blockers, you can now act on identified issues more effectively, receive timely and business-relevant insights, and understand the impact of improvement recommendations on both individual and related metrics. For SAP ERP users, we offer concrete guidelines to analyze and improve frequent blockers in invoice-to-pay and invoice-to-cash process flows. Our new filtering capability allows you to drill down into details, identify the greatest improvement potential, and understand the monetary impact of affected business objects. Additionally, our integration with SAP Customer Relationship Management provides fact-based insights into usage patterns and supports customer evolution initiatives to transition SAP CRM customers to SAP Customer Experience. With personal analysis dashboards, you can collect relevant metrics, access them directly from the start page, and track metric evolution over time. Please note that the following updates will be available on the 24th of August 2024: (1) ability to filter correction recommendations; (2) personal analysis dashboards (available in the November 2024 release); (3) correction recommendations for process flows and potential blockers.
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
This August, SAP Signavio introduces the plug and gain connector within SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and SAP Signavio Process Insights. This update, streamlines the adoption of the plug-and-gain approach, making it easier for businesses to implement and leverage insights through a continuous data refresh. With the new OData API, you can now query SAP Signavio Process Intelligence event logs and metrics using 3rd party solutions like SAP Analytics Cloud. This enables you to integrate insights into enterprise analytics dashboards for even better decision-making, display SAP Signavio Process Intelligence metrics in end-user UIs, and influence the behavior of automated workflows in business rules engines. We have also enhanced the user experience onboarding and self-service training using SAP Companion's technology as guidance for the Widget Builder and Filter UI. Additionally, our code comparison feature empowers data modelers to maintain and adjust code more effectively, reducing analysis time by quickly resolving conflicts.
SAP Signavio Process Manager and SAP Signavio Journey Modeler
Our latest release brings a range of exciting features to optimize your process management and improve user experience. New entry points for process reports in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub centralize access, streamline navigation, and enhance accessibility. The business process model connector ensures data integrity and consistency through enhanced synchronization and enables reuse and updates with initial content migration from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Signavio Process Manager. We now support content translations of BPMN XML imports and exports, empowering customers to migrate translated content and export to third-party tools while avoiding double work. With enhanced access rights management for variant management, you can secure sensitive processes and data while streamlining workflows. The optimized variant management interface simplifies operations, reduces errors, and saves time. Additionally, within SAP Signavio Journey Modeler, we have introduced additional customer experience metrics, providing richer data points, seamless flow of metrics from Qualtrics, and comprehensive customer sentiment insights throughout their journey.
SAP Signavio Process Governance
The new Activity Interface introduced this August, offers increased flexibility and ease of use when building BPMN-based governance workflows, allowing administrators to control access and settings for each activity while enabling modelers to use these activities directly from the editor. The BPMN conformance check activity within the Activity Interface simplifies the process of building approvals and other governance workflows, enabling administrators to configure visibility and input/output fields. Variant management change logs provide full transparency, traceability, and control over every modification, allowing you to view, search, and export change logs effortlessly. Notifications for changes will keep users better informed about template changes, ensuring awareness of variant modifications. Additionally, the variant management link to comparator feature enables team members to better identify changes in their variants.
SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager and SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub
We are excited to deliver updates to improve process visibility, streamline user experience, and boost productivity. With additional SAP Signavio Process Intelligence widgets on the SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub home page, you can now quickly identify and resolve issues by gaining better visibility into process health and status. The administration option to manage widgets enhances user experience and control. New entry points for process reports in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub centralize access, eliminating the need to navigate between various parts of the transformation suite, improving overall accessibility. The introduction of Task Management within SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager allows you to efficiently manage initiative-related tasks in one main place, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Value Accelerators
Our latest release introduces more Value Accelerators across the entire Suite, designed to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive faster time to value across various domains. In SAP Signavio Process Manager, the Value Accelerator for process design and standardization in SAP Business Network for Supply Chain 2402 & 2405 provides best practice processes tailored to expedite, safeguard, and simplify the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors.
The SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Value Accelerator for Reducing Duplicate Invoices in SAP S/4HANA & SAP ERP Central Component helps to identify duplicates and achieve a streamlined invoicing process, preventing financial losses and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
With over 280 new and existing correction recommendations, the SAP Signavio Process Insights Value Accelerator for invoice-to-pay and invoice-to-cash process flows offers specific action steps to solve inefficiencies and decrease lead time. Furthermore, the Value Accelerators in the context of purchasing and additionally for managing real estate, help streamline the processes in their dedicated areas. Please note that this value accelerator will only be available on the 24th of August 2024.
