Social Champ – Terms and Conditions


These terms govern your relationship with Social Champ, including the Social Champ platform, community, and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By using Social Champ, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Subscription Terms & Refund Policy

Most Social Champ plans operate on a subscription basis with billing cycles that are monthly or annual, depending on your selection. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. A valid credit card is required for payment.

Social Champ reserves the right to revise pricing and notify users in advance.

Refunds

Refund requests are processed case by case:
✔ Monthly Plans – Full refund if requested within 15 days (excluding processing fees).
✔ Annual Plans – Full refund if requested within 30 days (excluding processing fees).
❌ No refunds after the refund window expires.
❌ One-time fees (add-ons) are non-refundable.
✔ Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the registered bank account.

2. Child Safety Standards Policy

At Social Champ, we are committed to a safe online environment and enforce a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

  1. Zero-Tolerance for CSAE

    We prohibit any content or activity that exploits, abuses or endangers children, including:

    ✔ CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
    ✔ Grooming & Sextortion
    ✔ Child Trafficking & Exploitation

    Offenders will be banned and reported to law enforcement immediately.

  2. Reporting CSAE

    🔹 Users can report violations at hello@socialchamp.io.
    🔹 Reports will be reviewed, and necessary action will be taken promptly.

  3. Handling CSAM

    If CSAM is detected, we will:
    🚨 Remove content immediately
    🚨 Ban the offender
    🚨 Report to law enforcement

  4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

    We adhere to COPPA (U.S.), GDPR (Europe), and other global child protection laws.

  5. Child Safety Contact

  6. Age Verification

    While Social Champ does not interact directly with social media end-users, we encourage our clients to implement age verification on their platforms.

  7. Law Enforcement Cooperation

    We fully cooperate with authorities to assist in CSAE investigations.

  8. Employee Training & Policy Updates

    ✔ Regular training on child safety best practices
    ✔ Continuous policy improvements for enhanced protection
