Cyber Monday gaming deals FAQs
When will Cyber Monday gaming deals end?
Cyber Monday is officially the single 24 hours of the Monday that follows Black Friday. As a result, we expect the Cyber Monday gaming deals to end (again, 'officially') at 11.59pm local time tonight, November 27. However, do be on the lookout for more deals as we exit Cyber Monday and head into the holiday period!
Why can I find the best Cyber Monday gaming deals?
A range of retailers often offer deals across Cyber Monday and the rest of November. We recommend keeping an eye on the following retailers depending on your location:
US
Amazon: the best place for discounts on hardware and software
Best Buy: good discounts on boxed video games
Walmart: often stocks fantastic value console bundles
Microsoft: official store for Xbox bundles and accessories
GameStop: good video game multi-buy offers
UK
Amazon: often offers good discounts on hardware and software
Game: reliably stocks a wide range of console bundles
Argos: best if you want the option to pick up in-store immediately
Currys: also reliably stocks console bundles, also offers good game deals
Very: some very good game deals, but be wary of limited stock
Cyber Monday gaming deals - what to expect
Although Black Friday is often the center of everybody's attention, Cyber Monday is still a huge sales event with lots of good discounts at online retailers. We expect to see a range of good discounts on desirable hardware like the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Nintendo Switch. Of course, we're also likely to see lots of good video game deals and discounts on the most popular accessories, too.
PlayStation 5
It was initially pretty hard to get your hands on a PS5 console early in the system's life. Now, almost three years later, stock is a lot easier to come by and we are starting to see a range of deals pop up. We expect there to be some good PS5 discounts over the Cyber Monday period, particularly bundles aimed at those who haven't already managed to get their hands on a PS5 console yet.
Given the huge success of the recent Marvel's Spider-Man 2, we wouldn't be too shocked if the limited edition Marvel's Spider Man 2 console received some form of discount. We are also very interested in seeing what Sony does to entice customers towards their older, but still excellent, titles like God of War Ragnarok - which has recently started appearing in bundle offers. Although major discounts on first-party peripherals like the DualSense Wireless Controller are actually rather rare, many of the best PS5 accessories are also likely to be put on sale.
Xbox
Microsoft is the absolute king when it comes to console Cyber Monday discounts. The company reliably offers a good range of special deals, especially when it comes to their official accessories. Expect brilliant offers on the Xbox Wireless Controller and further discounts on the high-end Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2.
Many Xbox console storage solutions are also often subject to sales, not to mention potential price cuts on some of the best Xbox controllers or best monitors for Xbox Series X from other manufacturers. Also expect to see discounts on a range of Xbox games, including Forza Horizon 5 and Starfield.
Nintendo Switch
Nintendo often chooses to focus on bundles rather than specific discounts for the Cyber Monday period. Don't expect to see much in the way of discounts on the Nintendo Switch OLED or Nintendo Switch Lite, but do prepare for plenty of opportunities to buy these consoles with additional games or accessories for less. We have already seen compelling bundles offering the likes of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (a favorite for these kinds of bundle offers) and Nintendo Switch Sports.
Do also keep an eye on offers from third-party manufacturers, though, as companies like 8BitDo and PowerA often put their products on sale for the period. Consult our list of the best Nintendo Switch accessories to see what might be worth a buy.
Last year's best Cyber Monday gaming deals
To give you a good idea of what you're going to see come Cyber Monday, here's a quick selection of deals from last year. Just make sure to remember that these deals are no longer live, consult the options above if you want to see the offers available right now.
US

Xbox Series S with two controllers: Was $359.99 now $289.99 at Walmart
Save $70 - There have been a lot of great discounts on the Xbox Series S so far. Despite this costing more than the cheapest option, it is still a better deal when you factor in the price of the extra controller. So if your household likes coop games, this is the deal for you.
Xbox Series S: was $299 now $249.99 at Best Buy
Save $50 - The Xbox Series S might be the less powerful of Microsoft's current-gen systems, but it's still no slouch. Its lightning-quick 512GB SSD means your games load remarkably fast. The console also supports high-end features like VRR for more stable and consistent performance, and pairs excellently with a 1440p monitor.
Nintendo Switch (Neon) + Mario Kart 8 Deluxe + 3 Months Switch Online: was $399.99 now $299 at Walmart
Save $101 - There aren't many good Switch bundles at the moment so when you find one on discount be sure to get it quickly before it sells out.

UK
DualSense Midnight Black: was £60 now £44.99 at Currys

Xbox Series S: was £249 now £189 at Amazon
Save £60 - The Xbox Series S is down to an even more appealing discount in the UK, slashing £60 off to make it the lowest price it's ever been on that side of the pond. Such a great discount means that stock is likely to sell through fast, so be sure to act soon if you're planning on buying.
Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate (PS5): Was £24.99 now £13.47 at Amazon
Save 46% - While it's not the lowest we've seen this game go, it's still a great price. If you're a Mortal Kombat fan, this will be a great addition to your library.
Nintendo Switch + Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: £259.99 at Argos
With £259 usually being the price of the console on its own, you're essentially getting a free copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with this excellent bundle. And what a freebie that is, with the game being by far one of the best on the console.
God of War Ragnarok: was £70 now £61.95 at Amazon
Save £8 - This is the first price cut we've seen on the recently released God of War Ragnarök, the sequel to the coveted soft reboot from a few years ago. It's never been cheaper, so you can check out Kratos' next chapter for less.
Nintendo Switch | Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope: Was £309.98 now £289.98 at Argos
Save £20 - While this Argos deal doesn't see you saving anything on the Switch console itself, it does get you a £20 discount on the recently released Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, which is one of the best Switch games of the year.
