Event Objective:
The three day event was a National level Culinary Competition. 90 Students of HMCT & CA participated in
different classes & Categories of Culinary challenges. There were Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to be won.
Different categories of competitions were spread out over 3 days – 13th, 14th and the 15th June, 2024.
Event Outcome:
Totally 42 medals were won by the students and the breakup of the Winners were: Gold - 04 Silver- 11 Bronze – 27

A total of 37 students participated in the competition, with some competing in more than one category. Our students not only showcased exceptional talent but also won medals and certificates in the bakery competition. They earned a total of 60 gold medals across three categories: 19 golds in Dry Cakes & Cookies, 14 golds in European Breads & Viennoiserie, and 27 golds in Wedding Cake, along with appreciation certificates.
