Artem Chigvintsev made the "Dancing with the Stars" guest list earlier this week ... but he’s got his sights set on a full-on return to the dance floor!

The dancer's attorney, Ilona Antonyan, tells TMZ ... 'DWTS' producers haven’t reached out to him about joining the line-up for next season, but he’d love to return if they’re open to it.

As we know, Artem didn’t return as a pro for Season 33, but Ilona says it’s all good -- he’s still on great terms with the show’s producers.

Brooks Nader’s taking some big steps -- she’s in the process of getting rid of that matching tattoo she got with "Dancing with the Stars" partner Gleb Savchenko after their brief fling.

We caught up with Brooks ... and she cleared things up, saying that pic of her kissing Gleb backstage, and their hot chemistry, doesn't mean they were officially dating. At the end of the day, they were just colleagues, and the tattoo was merely a lapse in her judgment.

Artem Chigvintsev is back in his old stomping grounds ... hanging with his "Dancing with the Stars" family amid a rough patch in his life.

Artem surfaced Tuesday night in Los Angeles for the taping of the celebrity dance competition show's 500th episode ... but he wasn't on the dance floor, he was in the crowd.

The 'DWTS' alum's former colleague Peta Murgatroyd posted a video showing Artem dancing in the stands as the episode films ... alongside Peta's husband and Artem's buddy, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Alfonso Ribeiro may be on the mend following his ankle injury at Disney World ... but that doesn't mean he's happy his nasty spill made headlines.

Alfonso Ribeiro won't be "Dancing with the Stars" for a little while it looks like ... 'cause he injured his ankle while filming a dance number at Disney World -- and, TMZ has it on video.

The actor -- who hosts the reality dance competition show -- was filming an ABC holiday special at the Florida theme park when eyewitnesses tell us he stepped on one of the trolley rails and rolled his ankle.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... the professional dancer and the retired WWE star had a hearing in the Napa County, California court Tuesday, where a judge ordered the exes to share custody of their son, 4-year-old Matteo.

This was certainly the outcome the "Dancing with the Stars" alum was hoping for ... as he previously requested joint custody when he filed his divorce response in September.

Artem Chigvintsev is firing back at Nikki Garcia (Bella) in their ugly divorce, claiming she completely made up domestic violence allegations that landed him behind bars -- allegations she detailed in a restraining order she obtained Monday.

In new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Artem painted the retired WWE star as the aggressor with anger issues that led to his arrest in late August, ultimately destroying their 2-year marriage.

Artem also filed photos with the court, showing injuries to his hand, elbow and the back of his head ... claiming Nikki was responsible for it all.

Nikki Garcia (AKA Bella) filed a restraining order against estranged husband Artem Chigvintsev Monday, and a judge signed off, after Nikki submitted a sworn declaration to the court saying in detail how Artem allegedly brutalized her.

In her petition, Nikki says Artem "tackled me multiple times and pinned me to the ground while our child was present."

She says since Artem was cut from "Dancing with the Stars," he grew "increasingly angry, snapping at me, and yelling." She said they had discussions about his need to control his anger, adding on the morning of the incident, Artem went off on Nikki over how their 4-year-old son's English muffin should be toasted, screaming that she made their son a "picky eater."
