Tom Brady's had plenty of detractors since his debut in the broadcast booth earlier this year, but Rich Eisen clearly ain't one of them ... he tells TMZ Sports he finds the former QB's mic chops amazing.

The famed sportscaster -- who's worked play-by-play at a few NFL games this season -- gushed over TB12's first foray into color commentating ... saying out at LAX this month Brady is "one-of-one."

Eisen loves the fact that the future Hall of Famer can speak on just about every single issue that crops up in a game -- including injuries, winning, losing and playing into his 40s.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a man named David Chace claims he entered into an oral agreement with Jesse and his company Jesse James Firearms Unlimited in 2018 for the construction and purchase of a custom-made pistol set and gave Jesse a $5,000 deposit.

Chace claims he put the project on hold in 2020 and when he resumed it in April 2020, Chace says he tried to change his order from a whole set of pistols to a single custom firearm ... and says Jesse agreed to the change.

Longo and Bittner say the incident was the result of negligence, carelessness, and recklessness by the state of NY and its agents ... saying they may have violated due process laws by not revealing to a judge their intention to kill the animals after raiding Longo and Bittner's home.
