Danny Trejo doesn't think Donald Trump's deportation dream is going to be a reality ... 'cause the U.S. government doesn't have the resources to carry it out.

We caught up with Danny at the L.A. Mission's Thanksgiving event Wednesday ... and we asked him how he feels about people voting for Trump -- even though he's personally not a fan of the president-elect.

He says he's got no problems with anyone who voted for Trump ... and, he wouldn't ever tell anyone who to vote for -- but, he plans on going all out to get California Governor Gavin Newsom in the White House come 2028.

The Menendez brothers are going to spend at least one more Thanksgiving behind bars ... and TMZ has the cranberry sauce on what their gobble-gobble day is going to look like.

A source in the California Department of Corrections tells TMZ ... Lyle and Erik -- who've been in prison nearly 35 years for the double murder of their parents -- will feast on turkey slices, mashed potatoes, greens, and peach pie this Thanksgiving.

Michael Cohen's defending hismelf from haters who say he's gotta leave the country ... telling them he's not going anywhere -- though his message was muddled by a fowl prank.

Here's the deal ... the former lawyer and alleged fixer to President-elect Donald Trump said back in September he'd leave the country if DJT won relection -- joking he was "already working on a foreign passport with a completely different name."

Cohen also says he'd have to leave his wife and kids behind because he doesn't want them moving to the country he plans to flee to. Clearly, he was joking ... but, a few internet trolls didn't forget.

Donald Trump is on his way back to the White House ... and his former chef hopes he cuts back on the crap and really takes eating healthier seriously.

Chef Andre Rush tells TMZ ... 78-year-old Trump is not the man he was in 2016, and it is imperative he eats better to make sure he's as healthy as possible for his age, and the demands of the job.
