1:39 PM PT -- Palm Beach Gardens Police chief Dominick Pape just told reporters the incident looks like it was "a random act of violence."

"It does not appear that Boucher had any legitimate purpose for being at the golf course," Pape said.

The law enforcement official added that Boucher -- who has a lengthy history of arrests -- was also reported missing by his family less than one hour before the golf course confrontation occurred.

A Florida golfer was arrested for murder at a course on Monday ... after authorities say a witness saw him savagely beat a man with several clubs -- and then drown the guy in a nearby water hazard.

There's nothing wrong with Caitlin Clark's jump shot, but her golf swing clearly needs some work ... check out video of her on a course Wednesday -- she nearly drilled a gaggle of spectators with an errant shot!

Former President Donald Trump is heading back to the White House -- he's just been declared the winner of the 2024 election, and will become the 47th President of the United States.

FOX News was first to call Trump's victory over Vice President Kamala Harris shortly before midnight on the West Coast as it projected him going over the necessary threshold of 270 electoral votes.

Mark Cuban — one of Kamala Harris' most vocal advocates during her presidential campaign — is giving Donald Trump kudos for his big win in the 2024 election.

The billionaire mogul jumped on "X" Tuesday night after it became clear Trump was the victor against Harris and wrote, "Congrats @realDonaldTrump. You won fair and square. Congrats to @elonmusk as well." Musk was a big backer of Trump during his campaign.

On the other hand, Cuban was a huge Harris supporter, acting as a surrogate for the VP in her quest for the White House.

Donald Trump and Mark Cuban's war over women is now going off the rails ... with the two trading barbs about phone calls and their skills on the golf course.

In ripping Mark for going on TV and saying Trump isn't surrounding himself with "strong, intelligent women," Trump claims Cuban has done a 180 with him ... claiming Mark used to "incessantly" call him up when he was in the White House.

But, Mark says not so fast ... telling TMZ, "I didn't have his number, so I couldn't have called him."

Ryan Wesley Routh, the man accused of attempting to assassinate Donald Trump at his West Palm Beach golf course, once exposed himself to a woman who hired him to do construction on her home ... TMZ has learned.

We obtained a photo of a shirtless Ryan with his penis poking out of his fly ... and the woman who took the photo says she snapped it in December 2020, when he was building a loft at her home in Hawaii.

The woman tells TMZ ... she found Ryan on Facebook and paid him $4,000 for a 4-day home construction job ... only to find out he was a "bit of a pervert," as she described him.
