Howie Mandel is setting the record straight on his wife's "tipsy" fall in Las Vegas, which left her in a pool of blood ... he says she wasn't drunk, she was just feeling the effects of some marijuana gummies!!!

The "America's Got Talent" judge joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and told us the real story behind his wife Terry's nasty spill in their hotel room at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Howie's clearing the air here because he and his wife are upset some media outlets claimed she was drunk when she fell ... an inference after Howie told "Live With Kelly and Mark" his wife was "tipsy" after a night of too much partying.

Looks like what happens in Vegas didn't quite stay there for Howie Mandel ... who spilled the beans on his wife's wild night out and the gruesome facial injury that followed.

Howie recounted this wild story Monday on "Live with Mark and Kelly" -- where he was chatting up the hosts and telling them about his wife Terry taking a tumble in their hotel room during a recent trip to Vegas.

Watch ... Howie says Terry ended up falling and smacking her face -- which resulted in her skull being exposed and blood pooling around her -- and he showed off photos of her injury.

Lil Wayne can call Las Vegas his 2nd home this summer ... 'cause the legendary rap star has been nabbed for not one but TWO residencies this year!!!

Weezy will perform his first show on June 29 -- as he's scheduled to rock the house at Drai’s Nightclub -- followed by a performance at Zouk Las Vegas on July 12. While that might sound like a short "residency" for Vegas ... we've been assured there are more to come.

BTW ... this is Wayne's first dual residency -- Dustin Drai, President of Drai’s Management Group, says he's the most dynamic artist he can think of to pull it off and is eager to continue their longstanding relationship thriving.

Britney Spears has spent time reuniting with her nearest and dearest in recent years, and now you can add her ex-fiancé, and former co-conservator, Jason Trawick to that list ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney got together with Jason during her trip to Las Vegas last week with her brother Bryan. We're told she and her bro are still tight with Jason, and they reached out to him to say they were going to be in town and would love to catch up.

Our sources also tell us Jason now lives in Vegas so the meet-up totally made sense -- and they wound up hanging out together, on at least one occasion, at Resorts World Las Vegas.

"The Ultimate Fighter" coaches Alexa Grasso and Valentina Shevchenko will fight at the culmination of the hit show -- and the flyweight champ has a venue in mind -- The Sphere!

UFOs are seemingly all around us these days ... and the latest sighting of one of these unidentified saucers occurred in Nevada on Friday.

Here's what happened ... a woman named Katrina and her buddies were hanging out in the city of Henderson around 10 PM when they suddenly saw a bright round light shimmering high up in the sky.

Check out the video, obtained by TMZ ... the glistening object started flying in a diagonal pattern before moving up and down. At some point, you can see a plane streaking by, but it never gets too close to the alleged UFO.

NBA legend Bill Walton -- arguably the biggest Grateful Dead fan on the planet -- received a huge tribute at the Dead & Company Sphere show Thursday night ... three days after he tragically passed away.

The band -- which consists of John Mayer and Bob Weir, plus other former Grateful Dead members -- projected images of Walton behind them throughout their hourslong concert at the must-see attraction in Las Vegas.

Some of the pics displayed on the building's massive screens included Walton with Weir and Mickey Hart. They also featured the former Celtics center's No. 32 jersey number, rose petals ... and a whole bunch of tie-dye colors.

Britney Spears' family is back on her radar -- but it's somewhat limited ... 'cause she just posted a video of a fun-filled Vegas spa session with her brother Bryan.

The singer dropped the IG clip Tuesday -- and as you can hear, she's like a kid in a candy store while making her way to the spa with her older bro ... chirping, "Hey brother, We're in Vegas, and we're going to the spa and we're lost!"

Britney's so pumped that she declares the spa as a "Disneyland for adults" -- before quickly adding the trippy interiors, complete with "spaceship" style ceiling lights, actually made it better than the theme park. It's a little bizarre ... but Bryan and Britney are clearly having fun.

An eyewitness tells TMZ ... the movie star was spotted at the Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails Wednesday inside The Cosmopolitan, where he joined the resident Tomlinson Brown Band for some sing-along fun.

As you can see ... Vince lets the band do most of the heavy lifting while he joined them to perform Hank Williams Jr.'s "Family Tradition," and Alan Jackson's "Chattahoochee."

Nas is honoring his debut album "Illmatic" -- still hailed as one of the greatest rap albums ever -- by bringing his Queensbridge poetry to the bright lights of Las Vegas and adding a symphony!

The album turned 30 last month ... so, over Labor Day weekend, Nas and the Las Vegas Philharmonic will tackle a 3-day concert series inside Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas.

Nas promised to live up to the hype as he announced the shows, declaring ... “Las Vegas has always served as a creative outlet for my music, and these performances will take that to the next level.”
