I've booked two nights of family size apartment (which is really spacious and impressive with its views). Unfortunately, I had a fly in the ointment after the first night there. Receptionist called me at 2 o'clock and informed me, that it's time to check out. I was slightly puzzled and went downstairs to the lobby right after the call. They told me again about checking out, so I showed them my booking information, they also seemed confused and concerned. Fortunately, they solved this issue, but I'd say it's my first time to face such ridiculous issue, although they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. I hope they'll improve their service and booking system.

A true smoke-free service apartment. Service of staff is good. Reception went the extra mile in assisting to help book a cab when didi rejected our booking. Not fascinated by the breakfast, though it does get you fill-up. Liked the fermented beancurd with porridge. My kid likes the playroom located next to the breakfast area. He had a short session daily there after we had our breakfast.

I booked a hotel near the train station because I will go to Suzhou. But the environment here is nice, so I changed my plan to add one day and leave a little earlier. I'm so happy that the washing machine is dry on such a hot day. For foreign travelers, China is not a good place (visiting China during the Chinese school vacation is never a good option) but if you are interested in history, I think it is a good event.

Apartment-Style Hotel in a convenient location, but the payed breakfast was a huge disappointment The hotel is located inside a nice mall, about 800m from a Line 1 Subway Station. Parking is easy, and there are StateGrid Charging stations nearby. Our room came with a small kitchen and washing machine, which was clean and well-equipped, though a bit outdated. The beds were very comfortable, and check-in was smooth and friendly, with no issues accommodating foreign guests. However, booking rooms with additional breakfast turned out to be a significant mistake. The breakfast room was shockingly small, chaotic, and poorly managed. Tables meant for 4-6 people were taken up by just 2 guests, leaving families like ours to sit separately. Staff made no effort to bring any order to the chaos, and it seemed like nobody was in charge of ensuring guests were seated properly. The disorganization left us frustrated and ruined what should have been a relaxing morning. This was such a disappointment, especially given how well the rest of the hotel was run. We will stay here again, but absolutely will not be booking the breakfast. Fortunately, there are better options in the mall, like Tim Hortons, or you can prepare your own breakfast in the room.

If you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me. 1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants. 2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind! 3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed. There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!! Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists. I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them. Come on Ascott do better. I am most disappointed in the desk attendants who worked at my check in time. I was blatantly ignored upon arrival; very distasteful. The attendant on Saturday made up for it with a much more pleasant and polite disposition. The cleaning staff was also very kind and helpful. The hotel, on the other hand, was not bad. The room is very spacious and relatively clean. There was cigarette ash on the toilets when I arrived. The hotel is located in a beautiful scenic area. Perfect for quiet walks, sightseeing, and jogging. There are shops surrounding the hotel which makes for a convenient stay. It’s roughly 10mins by drive away from the Gate of the Orient which was a plus!

Love our stay! Room with beautiful view, very clean, spacious. Breakfast was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. Oh and the robot helper was very cute and very helpful as well.

The hotel has convenient and free parking, and there are two underground garages, which is really good. The room is also very clean. It is located in the city, so it is very convenient for eating and shopping. Give it a thumbs up. I will stay here again next time I come to Taicang

Residents please locate the south gate of Xingjian Center. , because it is in the Xingjian Central Community. There are not many restaurants nearby. There is a Wanda Plaza about a hundred or two meters away with some restaurants inside. Check-out: Notify the boss of the check-out time one night in advance and ask him to come and handle it. If he didn't come early the next morning, he put the key card in place, took a video to the shop owner and left. The store owner is pretty good, and he will answer all my questions after I add him on WeChat. Those who drive themselves, date, eat snacks secretly, and those who like to be quiet are still ok.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, and the gym has everything it should have. The swimming pool is on B1. Hygiene: It is relatively new and clean, but if you look carefully, there is still dust. Just wipe it yourself. Service: Although it is a serviced apartment, the service is still relatively timely. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

Facilities: Very complete, you can cook noodles by yourself, there is a refrigerator and a washing machine. It’s no different from home. A rich breakfast provides you with energy for the day. To sum up in one sentence: If the price of this hotel is around 200, I will give it a good review, but it is close to 300, so I can't give it 5 stars in good conscience. ① Advantages: It is close to the subway station and next to the commercial complex. The bath water can only be used for 20 minutes. After washing for 20 minutes, you have to wait 30 minutes for hot water to boil. To sum up in one sentence, if the price is around 200, I will give it 5 stars, but if the price of 270 is close to 300, I will feel disappointed with this place. Bathing needs to be faster, the water heater can work continuously for about 40 minutes in hot weather, otherwise the water temperature will be hot and cold after a long time.

On arrival staff were welcoming and spoke English. Online you could only book breakfast for one person so we were given a complimentary breakfast which was amazing! I also had a doctors appointment in the morning so I couldn't eat but staff provided me with a takeaway box. The hotel is dog friendly and there is even a private pet friendly elevator which was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious and the view was absolutely amazing! I will be staying here again!

That’s quite satisfying. The cleaning aunt and the front desk sister have very good service attitude. They answer all questions patiently. The cabin has quite an atmosphere. My friends and I like it very much! The rice noodles downstairs are also delicious.

We spent our weekend in Nanjing for a musical show at Nanjing Poly Theatre and Tianshiju Executive Apartment is a perfect location for us as it's right next to the theatre. The apartments are actually occupying the top floors of the International Youth Convention Hotel where the guests can share the hotel facilities. We were staying in the 2-bedroom apartment with big rooms and living areas, which is well-furnished, well-maintained and the air inside the room is fresh with no bad smell. More important, the front desk staffs are all very friendly and helpful especially Miss Anna Hu who is super patient and efficient. Also, surprising us is the free afternoon tea from 3pm to 7pm daily in the dining area which is not big but quiet. Thus, it would be perfect for those who would like to sit down for a quiet drink and snacks with friends. We had an enjoyable stay in Tianshiju and would definitiely visit again in our next Nanjing trip!!
