From the driver who picked us up from the train station, to the front desk staff and all other members of the team, 5 star service. Our room was spacious, clean and stocked with all the supplies needed for a comfy stay. Staff answered all our questions regarding transportation and gave us information on what sights are recommended. We were also dropped off to the train station on departure date, which was greatly appreciated since there is no escalators to the tunnel that leads to the train station. Sure the hotel is across from the train station, but with a 0.6 km walk up and down stairs, not an easy feat if you are a senior with luggage. We were also sent off with an assortment of snacks and bottled water for our train journey! Such a touching gesture.

This is a treasure hotel with full attention to details. First, various small items are placed at the front desk to meet unexpected travel needs; second, there is afternoon tea that lasts until 10 pm, and you can choose from a variety of teas; third, there are staff to help in the laundry room. You can send your dirty clothes there the night before, and pick up the washed and dried clothes directly the next morning, which is very worry-free.

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

The hotel is right next to Gate 6. After exiting T2 Domestic Arrival, turn left and you will see the hotel. You need to go through security to enter the hotel. There are security personnel at the door, which gives people a very safe feeling. Then go straight and turn right to see the front desk. After the front desk quickly checks in, you can take the elevator to rest. The room is small and exquisite. In addition to the basic hotel room facilities, the toilet is also equipped with a telephone, and there is a safe in the closet. These facilities are very detailed. It is also very convenient to eat and drink in the city. You can take a Didi when you exit the hotel and go to the right to the elevator on the second floor of the 8th door. The recommended places are shown in the picture.

Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

We were very happy with this hotel in Guiyang. All the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room’s price did not include breakfast but we decided to pay extra for the tasty & many options breakfast.

This is a very distinctive hotel. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely decorated. The service provided by the front desk lady is very considerate and thoughtful. The room type is also very comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, very comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. The upgraded viewing room has a great view of the Twin Towers and the White House at night. I will come again next time.

Location: The hotel is in a great location! It is on the mountain of the No. 6 Wind and Rain Bridge as soon as you enter the Xiaobei Gate. Hygiene: The room is very clean, and you can see the scenery of the Miao village outside the window. The Xijiang River in February is very cold, but the air conditioning is very effective. The room will soon be warm, and it will probably be very cool in summer. The B&B is located near the main street, facing the landscape lake, quiet but convenient. The facilities inside are complete and quite clean. Hampton Inn in Guizhou seemed to be good. I wanted to go to Kaili to buy embroidery pieces. I called Bruce, the guy at the front desk, and he patiently told me where to go. Taking a taxi to Fengqingyuan is just the starting price. After arriving at the hotel, I was specially upgraded to a suite with a great view. A little girl who was doing the wiring asked thoughtfully if there was enough water, and asked the robot to deliver two more bottles, which was very warm. I bought a lot of embroidered clothes in the evening, and when I arrived at the store, the waiter at the door came over to help. I also specifically asked the girl on the line where to eat authentic fish in sour soup, and she recommended Lao Teng, which was pretty good. The breakfast has local characteristics and is relatively rich. When checking out, Bruce asked me if I had a good night's sleep. He even gave me snacks and water when I left, which was very thoughtful. I will come to Kaili again in the future, and I will come to Hampton again.

Booked 3 nights in the ”Elegant Residence City-View Double Bed Room” at the Fanbo Yashe Hotel. Overall, it was a good experience and a comfortable stay. The front desk was quite helpful, especially the wonderful receptionist Xiaoya, who assisted me with numerous things with enthusiasm, such as answering any questions, showcasing the various free amenities in the lobby, giving a quick demonstration of how to use the shared laundry area, and offered additional water or other services as needed. The bed and other furniture were comfortable and clean. The shower and bathroom area were fairly good as well. The atmosphere and decor of the room were probably the best thing. Most hotels have a stereotypical and replicated hotel room, but this hotel's rooms give you something more enjoyable since it is a different style from the norm. Special note on cleanliness: I did want to give this a 4.5, but kept it rounded-up to a 5 since it was minor enough. The room did have some leftover sunflower seed shells in a few corners or where a piece of furniture meets the floor, and a little bit of dirt stuck where the floor layers overlap in the middle of the room. However, it was not that big of a deal. This is maybe a reminder for the hotel to take a second look where dirt or trash may get stuck when simply sweeping or mopping quickly. Special note on the bathroom mirror lighting: The lighting by the bathroom sink and mirror could use some more direct lighting, since the position of the current lighting is not too strong and caused shadows on the face. This is not a big issue, but it could prove inconvenient to others, such as women putting on make up or trying to carefully trim a beard. The top-down lighting can cause shadows and unclear views under the eyes, nose, lips, and neck. Tips for guests: Name of the Hotel: While this website says Fanbo Yashe, you may actually see it named Van Gogh's Garden in person. Don't be confused; it is the same place. ”Fanbo” is related to the Chinese name for Van Gogh, ”Fan Gao”. Laundry: Yes, is it available, but there is only one washer and dryer available (hopefully these are increased to two or three!). Laundry detergent is provided. It can be a little troublesome trying to manage around other guests, so it is likely best to do it during the day when people are busy. There is also some nearby clotheslines one can use or just hang in your room if there is not too much. Foreigner Friendliness: Very good. They'll use Wechat to translate and communicate with you if necessary or find some other methods. In short, foreigners should have an easy time here. If other receptionists are friendly like Xiaoya, then there is nothing to worry about. Attraction Services: The hotel seems to offer some ticket and transportation services for nearby attractions (or at least advertises third-party services), but I did not use them and cannot attest to them. Location: It is right next to the bus station in Tongren (and a few streets away from the train station). Once the bus drops you off in the lot, you will need to exit the lot and head slightly east towards the nearby main street, then make your way south. You should encounter the hotel next to where the bus tickets are sold.

Also having our lunch there after returned from FanJingshan as we left our luggage’s there. The hotel is about 5 minutes away from east gate visitor center to Fanjingshan.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and provides free pick-up and drop-off services. 2. When you arrive at the store, the lady at the front desk will hand you tea. After the ID card is verified, she will also put a plastic case on the ID card, which is very considerate. 3.
