The Tianyi Strawberry Garden, located at the foot of Xiaotang Mountain, Chanping District, Beijing, is the largest strawberry garden in Beijing. It has an area of 3,000 acres, which allows up to 10,000 people at a time to pick strawberries. The strawberries grown in Tianyi Strawberry Garden are top-grade "red beauties", and are of the best Akihime strawberry cultivar, earning them awards from the International Strawberry Symposium. This particular cultivar is not only bright in color, but also tastes soft and juicy, rich in fragrance and is a palatable fruit that tastes both sweet and sour. Additionally, seasonal fruits such as nectarines, cherries, apricots, pears, and watermelons are also available for picking.
The China Aviation Museum is located at the foot of the Datang Mountain in Beijing's Changping District. It is China's first large aviation museum and boasts the largest collection of aircraft in Asia. If you have a boy who likes planes and the military, then this is the place where his little dreams of becoming a pilot can be fulfilled. The museum will enrich his extra-curricular knowledge and make him happy! Over 30 species of beautiful butterflies are bred here, with an annual production of roughly 5 million butterflies. It is also the birthplace of the Cethosia Cyane - the butterfly that was carried into space by Chinese spacecraft. The Colorful Butterfly Garden is divided into several areas such as the butterfly viewing area, butterfly science world, butterfly culture, butterfly flying square, and a crafts area. You can watch butterflies flying up close in the butterfly valley and the ecological garden; You can observe the wonderful moment when a butterfly breaks free of its cocoon in the incubator room. A butterfly flying is held every holiday in the 10,000 square meter lawn square.
Badaling Wildlife World is located in Yanqing County, Beijing, right by the Badaling Great Wall. It is the largest mountain wildlife zoo in China. The zoo is divided into five functional areas: a wildlife viewing area, a mountain forest viewing area, a natural conservation area, a historical area, and a leisure area. Here you can see the largest prides of African lions and American white tigers in China, as well as nearly 10,000 other wild animals covering 100 species. Yeyahu Wetland Park, located in Yanqing County, Beijing, is the only wetland aviary in Beijing. It is famous for the many wild ducks swimming in its lake. The ducks here are not afraid of people.
