How to Give Feedback？

There are two main types of feedback you can give:

【Function and UX feedback】Suggestions related to feature functions and user experience. Not content issues.

【Other feedback】Please submit other issues in this category.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the feedback content completely, clearly, and accurately. Be sure to include relevant information sources and photos or screenshots as evidence whenever possible. This will help us to process your feedback more quickly.

Instructions for completing and submitting feedback:

1) All error corrections must provide specific problem descriptions/screenshots. Sources of correct information must also be provided.

For image corrections, screenshots of the images to be corrected are a must. Please only provide images that are directly related to the product or feature you are providing feedback for.

2) For new proposals or suggestions, please limit your feedback to 100 characters or less. Please note only provide specific feedback about the existing product or feature will be considered at the moment. Alternative suggestions, such as ideas for new itineraries, will not be eligible for rewards or counted towards your feedback score at the present time.

3. Your default contact information will be displayed automatically. Once you have completed your feedback, please confirm it is correct and select the "Submit" option.
