The name Munga-Thirri national park was formerly known as Simpson desert national park. This is one of the largest protected national parks in Queensland Australia. The desert view completely looks like a red carpet while you have a blooming dune welcoming you. If you are a 4WD enthusiast, then I suggest to go for a 4WD drive through thousands of sand dunes and enjoy the ride as far as one can see. However, the best time to travel to one of the most popular Australian outbacks, Porcupine gorge, is from December to April but expect a little rain in winter.

The Lark Quarry National Park in Australia is considered to be the place of the world’s only known record of a dinosaur stampede, which is formed about 95 million years ago. Lark Quarry Conservation Park is the only place that is evident of the dinosaurs, which once existed. It is also called as Lark Quarry or Dinosaur stampede monument. The footprints of dinosaur are the most exceptional experience to see and feel thrilled to stand on the footprints of dinosaurs, which wandered in the same spot million years ago. This has a record of about 3300 dinosaur footprints are visible over the rocks, and at least 150 small two-legged dinosaurs stampede are found. One has to go a bit off beaten track with dirt roads to reach Lark Quarry conservation park. One can use the Spinifex circuit to explore the park, which starts from trackways shelter and comebacks to the car park. This Park is open throughout the year, and the best time to visit would be before summer, as the temperature reaches more than 40 deg, and during monsoon, it might flood.

The Boodjamulla National Park was formerly known as Lawn Hill Gorge. This national park is a beautiful place in the Australian outbacks in Queensland, which has stunning oasis and also one of the beautiful attractions for wildlife and offers lovely views, canoeing, and cultural sites. This is the most beautiful scenic place which is covered by a thick green forest with a small oasis in the middle. The water is clean and fresh. Bladensburg, situated in Queensland, is another stunning place in the shire of Winton. Travel to Bladensburg nation park would be favorable with common vehicles only in the dry season, but preferably a four-wheeler SUV with high ground clearance is required. If a rain struck in the middle of your journey, then be prepared for last-minute show stoppers, as the road might become unconditional to drive. While driving to Bladensburg one has to pass through the grasslands and reach scrummy gorge for mind-blowing views. The spectacular view looks like flat-topped mesas and plateaus which makes it one of the popular destinations among other Australian outbacks. Its a place for bike riders to have excellent riding experience. The broad area is built by the Indjalandji-Dhidhano people. Now let's see how to travel to Camooweal caves, it is 15km southeast from camooweal and 189 km west from Mount Isa. The broad places consist of Mitchell grass and spinifex woodland, which is an additional beauty to the Camooweal caves. Around 500 years ago, the people who resided at this place had discovered 2 sinkholes by water seepage through dolomite layers. This is accessible to the public to view this beautiful place. They also provide a picnic table for the visitors to the Nowranie waterhole. It’s a place where you can sit and view the Camooweal caves and have an excellent bird watching.

3. Yet another place which is called Dinosaur cave is Milanesia Beach and Dinosaur Cave: After more than 100 years of research, there were only four tracks of dinosaurs were found. These footprints are on the two sandstone blocks at the Milanesia Beach which is near cape way.
