Xuexiang was originally known as Shuangfeng Forestry Station. It is located in Changting Town, Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province, more than 290 kilometers away from Harbin City. This is the venue for the annual Ice Lantern Garden, which starts on January 5th and continues until the end of February. In the winter, the entirely frozen surface of the Songhua River is a paradise for adults and children for ice-sliding, ice-skating, ice-sledging, riding motorbike on the ice, playing with loop in the snow and sledging in the snow just to name a few. Here you can find any kind of ice activities to enjoy that you can imagine. Men, women, old people and children walk hand in hand, or play games together. Except of skiing, the Yabuli Sightseeing Cable Car and the first slide in the world is part of the unique and special characteristics of Yabuli. First you should take the cable car to the highest peak of Yabuli mountain - it’s called Daguokui Peak and is 1374.8 meters above sea level (5000m round trip), Along the way you can enjoy the sights of the Linhai Snowfield, visit the recording locations of the famous film and television works "Tracks in the Snowy Forest", and stop for a while to relax with the beautiful scenery of the Pinus pumila tree. After this you can ride a speed-controlled sled and slide through the tunnel in 3 minutes, 2680 meters along the slope through 48 corners with a top speed of 80 km / h.
