The hotel is falling apart, we used to love this hotel back in 2013, and in 2018 but now in 2024 it is not to the standards as it used to be. The toilet was broken, the airco had to be fixed. And the wifi wasn't working properly. Also we had problems with our door. And it was such a shame that people were smoking in the hotel, it was to be smelled everywhere, it was a pity, really! On the other hand, and to be positive, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast had a lot of food (buffet). And your not far from Cangzhou station, your also near a mall with great nightlife and dances, the hotel architecture looks FANTASTIC on the exterior and personally also the interior (only the lobby). It looks like a palace. They also have ammenties such as stores, restaurants, gym, etc... If I were to improve upon this hotel, I would suggest to maintain the hotel rooms, hallways, and to have the hotel more alive, as I saw several shops closed as in not operating anymore. Everything summed up, should you stay in this hotel? Well it depends, if you are willing to put up with all this negativity, then go ahead! But if you NEED your device for working abroad, then try to find another hotel, such as holiday inn in the same city. It all sounds super exciting but it also comes with negativity. Hope this helps!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

I am very disappointed with the management of the swimming pool at 6th floor regarding to : 1. No life guard provided and allow non-guest swimming lessons occupying the whole pool without the area separated. 2. There are three so-called coaches to look after the pools but they all turn a blind eye when seeing someone break the safety codes including diving. 3, as you know no matter the business arrangement between intercontinental and the pool operation team, we as a guest the interest of us should prevail over the non guest learners of the swimming lessons. 4. I have repeatedly reminded the swimming coaches about the issue but they just do not pay any attention and performed any precautionary actions.

The guy who checked me in was professional and efficient, and upgraded us to a high-rise mountain view room. My parents lived very comfortably, thank you! The hotel waiter was particularly considerate: the waiter heard my parents talking about the heavy quilt, and she was just passing by, so she took the initiative to ask. The breakfast waiter took the initiative to tell us which food was hot. The park is preparing for the opening of the board, so there are some inconveniences. The original first floor can go directly to the ski slope, but now you need to go around the main gate to the ski resort.

It was my husband birthday and booked Shangri-la, It was very clean and have a stunning view. The room has a nice smell. The reception was very cheerful, and they all could speak English. I requested a birthday theme for my husband's birthday and they designed the room with some towel, also send a free cake and red wine. ( I have to mention, Thank you dears) The breakfast was very delicious. We also tried the Buffet dinner one night, it was very delicious with both choices Chinese and Western. The swimming pool was clean.

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

Following the recommendation of the Internet, I came to Cangzhou. The Grand Canal Guest House is the newest five-star hotel in Cangzhou. It is backed by the Dahua Industrial Heritage Park. Booking a room also gives you two tickets to the Can Can Children's Park🎫. It is directly accessible by foot from the back door of the hotel. I went home to visit relatives during the May Day holiday. This time I stayed at Century Hotel. The room was spacious, bright, clean and tidy, with white bedding. The room was also decorated. When the waiter in the guest room saw us with our children, he specially prepared small toys for us. The children were very happy. I like it, thank you very much. 清明臨時決定過來住的這個酒店，沒想到超出預期的好，當時想住可以看見浮屠河的房間，但是那個房型沒有了，能看到河的是主樓（高樓層這邊），我們本次入住的是帶悦庭的房型，是主樓對面的2層小樓，這邊環境雖然很好，晚上安靜的可怕，可能是隔音做的也很好，再加上比較空曠走廊裏看不見人，比較適合喜歡安靜的小夥伴入住這樣的房間。 泳池和用餐都在主樓，所以住悦庭的房型就不太方便，要走很遠才能到，或者在地下停車場開車過去，幾個樓的地下停車場都連着也還算方便。
