I had an exceptional stay at The Mood Hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with every detail designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. this is a strange experience. during check-in , i was informed of a free upgrade. there's a welcoming cake for my husband, however, the whole room with the bath tub next to the bed, plus transparent glass wall for the stand up bathing area and toilet is very strange. we cannot open the room door for room service if anyone is inside the bath tub, bathing area or even in the toilet. no couple would like to see each other when during toilet time, right. also , i have requested for two bottles of water at 10:30 p.m., called for customer services for twice to hurry the bottle as the kid is about to go asleep. and then no response.. and then the two bottles arrived at midnight 00:30, two hours later. first they rang the bell, then called upon the room to say ”open the door”. it seems there's no proper management of the hotel. the location and hardwares are so great, its just a waste if the management is not doing great. during check in is also an experience. the manager sounds a bit strange. .and it seems the information is not clear enough. i have my first night staying here and then the next night i moved to space hotel. its just a total big difference and comparison between the two. its the information wise, helpfulness an d professionalism that makes a big difference between the two hotels. its need for better staff training for standard procedures and catering all sorts of different situations. e.g. when they bring the welcoming cake, there's someone behind following with other stuff, but thats not for our room. it will cause confusion. also they rang another time bell.. also another staff with other food queuing behind.. but just for the fork and knife.. you just felel the hotel is so new that the people there are not well trained.

If you get ocean view it’s absolutely incredible, but you also can’t be disappointed with the city side especially if you’re on a high floor (you can see all the city lights). The room was small but perfect, I had a large patio/a bath/AC/sink/fridge: you don’t need much else as a solo traveller. Ladies and gentlemen I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Also don’t forget the check the incredible pool are and the DIB rooftop bar!

The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

Gym has nice cardio equipment, but completely locking any strength training equipment. Location wise, this hotel is rather far from the beach and all of the activities; taking a car there is in average 30-40 minute drive due to congested roadways.

A great equipped hotel for family with children. My kids have enjoyed the long water slides, the wave pool, kids water play area, kids playroom, gaming room. Amazing and delicious breakfast and buffet dinner selection, also catering kids menu as well! Helpful staff, clean rooms, it’s highly recommended and we will come back again!

The hotel is located in a very good location, directly connected to the beach, giving it a private beach-like feel. The restaurant staff took great care of us, and we were very impressed with both the breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar was also stunning. The room's soundproofing was excellent, and the pool was amazing. On the downside, we arrived at the hotel slightly later than the normal check-in time. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and were asked to wait without being told how long it would take. Additionally, the check-in staff only verbally informed us where the lift was located. Honestly, it would be better if they could walk guests to the lift, as the hotel's layout can easily mislead guests and cause them to go the wrong way. Once we checked into the room, we found hair on the floor, which was clearly not ours. The beach bag was not set up in our room, and we had to call to request it, even though my friend's room was properly prepared when they entered. The second day, housekeeper took away the bathrobe and did not replace it. When we called to ask for a replacement, we were questioned about how many people were staying in the room, which felt unnecessary. It would be great if management could look into these issues and make improvements. Overall, however, we still enjoyed our stay.

By 1100 am, I received a call informing us that our room was ready, showcasing the fantastic staff who communicated so promptly. The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with a Japanese theme. It boasts a spacious layout with stunning city views and a balcony featuring a table for relaxation. On our next visit, I plan to request a poolside view. The room includes a large television, extra bottles of water, and substantial wardrobes. An alarm clock is provided for convenience, and the bathtub is impressively large, with generous toiletries available. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as well as a minibar stocked with coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. During your stay, take advantage of the amenities, including two small pools, a gym, and a sauna, along with a small playground for children. For those driving, free parking is provided. Breakfast was enjoyable, though quite basic. We dined on the ‘Zen’ side, where the ‘Egg Station’ is located outside the ‘Me Eatery and Bar’ restaurant. This restaurant offers various set menus and a buy one, get one free drinks deal. If time permits, Mandarin Eastville is conveniently close to the evening market, Max Pattaya Boxing World, Mini Siam Miniature Park, Pattaya Park Tower, and the Million Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm, with several popular attractions within walking distance. Whether you’re visiting for business, pleasure, or both, Mandarin Eastville guarantees a memorable stay in Pattaya. The tranquil semi-remote location provides a pleasant escape from the busy areas of Pattaya. There is no public transportation available, but I learned that using Bolt and Grab is quite affordable. Additionally, motor taxis can be flagged down along the main road; just remember to negotiate the fare before hopping in. However, there were a couple of downsides: although the tap water gets extremely hot, regulating the hot shower proved to be a challenge. I didn’t let this bother me too much, as the water was still comfortably warm. I also had some trouble opening the balcony door, which nearly caused me to miss the fireworks countdown. Also, don't lose your keycards to avoid getting fined. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway and would definitely comeback on the next holiday.

The shuttle services helps to relieve the problem of location. The sunsets view of the swimming pool is attractive. The staff services are helpful in fixing any problems happened in the room. There may be a chicken farm nearby the hotel. You can hear their crow clearly from everyday evening to morning.

We stayed in the deluxe triple room with one single bed and a nice comfortable double bed, the shower was also good. The hotel is a little bit far from the beach, and the breakfast was very limited because it wasn't a buffet breakfast, apart from those two things It was a good relaxing stay at B2 Bang Saen Premier Hotel.

The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Bangsaen beach, which fulfilled our main objective. At the time of the review, the pool was closed for renovation till Sep 2024, which I was looking forward to having a dip to cool off from the heat. The room assigned to us for 2 person was large, which we thought it’d fit well for a family of 3. Do note that the sink, the showering stall and toilet bowl are separately located within the room. I didn’t mind it because it’s efficient for us to get ready for the day instead of waiting for one another to use the toilet. The front desk is polite and able to understand basic English. Breakfast spread is good for the price, and we see variations in the menu over the 2 days that we had.

At arrival J Park seems a bit gray and rough looking. But when entering the ramp to the reception the smiling staff welcomes you warmly with the best service you can imagine. There are several buildings with rooms inside the park, our room was very fairly priced, very modern, clean, spacious with a small kitchen. Bathtub, big comfy bed, Japanese style toilet with butt/gentile wash. Gym/fitness room is good and well equipped. Onsen is included, *****. Separate women and men side. Has lockers and the Onsen provide towels. Has 2 hot water pools and one cold, several seated shower/wash stations and Sauna. No steamroom at the Mens side, there is a steamroom at the women side. Opens at the afternoon to late evening. The breakfast is one of the best we have experienced in Thailand, even many of the expencive hotels can't match it. The staff at the breakfast is amazing. Friendly, helpful and smiling. There is 2 restaurants inside J Park area. We tried both and there are fabulous. Great food and service. One Japanese and one Thai restaurant. J Park is located a bit far from shops, bars and marked. There is a small 7/11 within J Park area, but no ATM. Only downside for us from North of Scandinavia is the pool area. We like to get tan. Pool area is a bit overgrown by trees that takes up a lot of the deck around the pool. And there is only a few sunbeds and they do not have a mattress. We will for sure come back, easy to find with a Grab or Bolt taxi.

The room is 30 sq m for 1-2 people, but I stayed alone. The hotel is near the market, food, and the road to the beach. There are no checkpoints after drinking and driving to the hotel. I feel comfortable. This is my second time staying here. I am satisfied. It is clean and tidy. There is a spacious parking lot. The price is not expensive. There is breakfast when booking through trip.com (There are some places that are not spotlessly clean, but it is still acceptable. It is not ugly). If I have a chance to come again, I will probably book this hotel again. ❤️

We booked five twin rooms for one week at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were given five single rooms. The receptionist did not speak English at all, but managed to explain that there were no twin rooms available. This was very frustrating, as we had booked the rooms a long time ago.
