B2 Boutique & Budget Hotel is conveniently located on the main road, making it easy to access. It is away from the busy town centre with quiet and peaceful surroundings. The reception area was well decorated and lively. The hotel room is quite spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities. The check-in process was fast and efficient. The hotel workers were courteous and friendly. There is sufficient parking area for the guests.

This is my first time staying at this brand hotel. The first impression of the hotel was its big compound and airy and spacious lobby. The front desk were helpful and attentive. I made a quick booking at the lobby via Trip.com and in less than 5 minutes I received my booking confirmation. My booking was for two nights including breakfast. The breakfast spread was decent with both western and Thai food. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. You know you’re in a good hotel when you find a huge umbrella and an emergency torchlight in the room amenities. This hotel sells their room quite quickly. Please book in advance. Will stay here when I am up in Mae Sot, Tak again.

We were the 1st occupants after a major renovation. Bedsheets and pillow cases were dusty, and one of the pillows was badly stained. We requested to change the pillow and a fresh bedsheet to cover the dusty one and it was quickly done but not a fresh pillow. Also requested for a fridge. We busted more than 10 mosquitoes probably due to renovation when the door was opened. The breakfast was simple with rice porridge and slice bread with strawberry jam, but without butter. For the price we paid, not coming back to this place again.

This is a very stylish and comfortable flat in a central location of Mae Sod. Good place to market. Clean and more comfortable. Big swimming pool and high performance of fitness equipment. Is a new hotel. The breakfast line is above Everett for business hotel in the same area. you get to bread with jam and butter together with selection of milk and yogurt.  there is also a coffee machine that can make hot chocolate, which taste quite nice.
