It is possible to rent all towels, shower caps, bathrobes and sandals (in lockers) for the pool, spa, Turkish bath and sauna in the basement. Floor heating is provided in autumn and winter. Since almost only men are in the mixed bath (it is said that they also stop by membership), it is recommended that women jump in at 8 o'clock in the morning. If you apply cream on your face and hair, cover your entire body with a towel, and then lie down in the Turkish bath, it will take about 3 hours and only a few seconds to get a moist shine.

In Promenade, several times 4-5 days (command). For Schymkent, a good price-quality option. Of the pluses: convenient location in the heart of the city, more or less pleasant and clean rooms, the room has almost everything for the convenience of the guest, breakfast for choice (but I don't go on them because I don't like breakfast). How did I know that? At 9 a.m. I woke up from Takogl Gogota as if I had a company sitting in my room and celebrating the anniversary. It turns out they were drinking tea and chatting there. About the sound of constant skating of wagons and the ringing of dishes at all I'm silent. It's really a nightmare. The hotel does not look very carefully at the staff's behavior, so they behave like a resort here. It has been seen since the first trip.

Living in a luxury in the winter. In general, normal room: furniture and plumbing are not old, good WiFi, comfortable bed. Enjoyable bedding. All clean, bedroom is spacious. I liked breakfast: Swedish table with a good choice – there are both hot, dessert, and milk. Coffee, however, so for yourself. What didn't like: 1. The luxury is strange layout: the living room is narrow, and the clue from it is not much. 2. The electric chest is nowhere to put except on the floor, as all the sockets in the room at the level of the plintus. 3. In room 4 the balcony and everything with concrete floor, dirty (it may not be dirty, but it does not look very and without shoes to come on it). 4. Windows on the balcony are not open and the glass is not washed in them, so you will not enjoy the view of the city. I thought to make photos of the city, but it didn't turn out. 5. Batteries are not enough room heating – at minus five in one couches on the room. I turned on the 32-stroke conder to be comfortable 6. The floor in the bathroom is cold, not heated. The snake was not hot. So it was cool to get out of the shower. 7. Noise isolation is not important – Neighbors I didn't hear, but the conversations in the corridor and the vacuum cleaner were heard quite clearly. From the street, however, noise did not interfere, although the windows went out to the avenue.

I arrived on the work train the other day, wake up at 7 a.m. In the next room a whole company (huel 7-8, not less) gathered and got with alcohol so loud and careless that there was a persistent feeling that behind the wall of the sports bar. When their fun had already passed all the permissible standards, at 2:40 a.m. I tried to call the receptors and ... was busy. Also, all my subsequent attempts to call within an hour were busy. And all because the administrator slept sweetly in his shift, pre-careing his sweet sleep and disabled the phone on the recept. Here is the service in the hotel 🤷🏼‍♀️

Clean hotel with large rooms, friendly staff, and free breakfast. I had heard that ”the only place to stay is the Rixos” but I was pleased to find this lower-cost option (especially after stopping for a drink at the other hotel and being charged $6 for a sparkling water). The location is great, within walking distance or a short taxi ride to most everything in the city.

Had a good stay. Hotel is well-located in the center, not far from Park Abay and the Arbat. The staff was excellent. They helped me find a power cord for my laptop and allowed me to check out a day early when I needed to. Some will have issues with the thin walls. I had a youngster in the next room screaming. And maybe with the road noise. However, I travel with a white noise machine that makes rain sounds and so was able to basically drown both noises out. My main and really only issue was the lack of air in the room. There is a window that you can open, but if it is closed, the air is hot and dry. The air conditioner/heating system seems to only make it more hot and more dry. The breakfast was pretty good. I ate both nights in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but they were sometimes out of some things, and it is a bit expensive. Wifi worked very well. Overall, a good stay.

The decoration style of the hotel is very good, and the care is shown everywhere. A hotel that looks small on the outside, in fact, it has very complete facilities. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and the front desk and guest rooms on the second floor. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious meals and local beer🍺. The breakfast has rice, kimchi, omelette, yogurt, etc. It is very hearty. The decoration of the room is also very warm, the bed is comfortable to sleep. TV, air conditioning, and kettle are all available. For dinner, there are buns, Russian red soup, etc., which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. During the few days of staying, you basically enjoy one-to-one service, and the time set for breakfast and dinner will not delay your meal. The owner is Korean and very nice. Nikita, Camila, Merey, Allessya at the front desk are all good. Help call a car, help check information on the computer. There are relatively few Chinese in Shymkent, and the locals are mostly Russian or Kazakh.
