While I was pleased with the hotel overall, I found the accommodations to be somewhat uncomfortable. The room was quite narrow, although the air conditioning was excellent. Additionally, the room depicted in the advertisement did not match the one I received; it may have been a different room altogether.

The stay overall was satisfactory until the final day, when I encountered a couple of issues that caused significant inconvenience. On the night of my check-in, I requested an extra pillow as I have lower back pain. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour. When the staff finally came to explain, I was informed that the extra pillow had been given to another guest who had requested it after me. I found this to be unfair and disappointing, as my request was made earlier and for a genuine reason. To make matters worse, on the last day, when I had a flight to catch, there was a complete lack of water on the first floor. This unexpected situation disrupted my preparations and made it quite challenging to get ready for my journey. That being said, I really love the vibes here overall. Plus or minus, I will still consider coming back.

The accommodation was excellent. My room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

The room was clean & spacious, got 2x small mineral water so if stay more than one night your need to buy more mineral water, there have a 24h shop just behind lobby. The only weird is the main door connected into two studio door and its small space at main door you have to hold everything to open another door and your can hear someone enter the other room and make feel uncomfortable.

A simple spacious room with shared bathrooms in a lodge, with a hotel nearby where you can eat (not cheap but very nice and with excellent views of Mt Kinabalu). Clean bathrooms with good hot water showers. Really worth it if you are doing the full summit hike. I wanted to explore the park around and would have been better off staying near Poring hot spring.

We came as family. The room is alright. Food at the restaurant is good. However, Wifi is quite poor. Overall, all is well. God bless.

However, the check out staff was very nice, she gave us take away coffee and her own bun. Thank you so much to that lady. Recommended to book sea view room.

The unit itself is ok. Great location, great service, check in and check out is smooth. But the lift of building itself can get very congested, long waiting time and always full.

Interesting place, interesting rooms but limited parking. Another thing is that I don't like a lot of dogs outside the fence and dog poop all over the place. There is also in the fence. Hope it can be controlled.... All the kids and wife like it. Satisfied swimming pool 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room was very clean and tidy, with hot water. There was also a laundry room which was very convenient. The location was very good, very close to the tourist pier, which made it very convenient for us to island hop in the morning and come back. The boss was very nice. I forgot my bag at the hotel, and the boss helped arrange a driver to bring it back. Highly recommended!

Stay here a night before flight next day back to KL. Surrounding is quite deserted so if alone just becareful. Front desk is friendly. Its a budget hotel so quite reasonably humble. Good for short stay prior flight the next day

It is about 800 meters away from the lively area of ​​the town and far away from convenience stores, laundries and restaurants, which is very inconvenient. Most dive shops are at the pier, about 1.2km away. It's not very far to walk there, but there are no sidewalks on the road and there are a lot of cars, so you have to walk in the mud next to the road, which makes it very dirty. There are also a lot of mosquitoes on the road. The store has a car delivered to the pier every day, but the time and location are fixed. The dive shop I chose is not at the pier, so I didn't use it. I have seen several other hotels with similar prices before, some of which are more conveniently located and have in-room toilets. The bathroom and toilet are shared and it is not convenient to go to the toilet at night. The toilet is quite dirty. The dirt on the toilet seat is so serious that it cannot be wiped off with paper towels. At the same time, there are many mosquitoes when going to the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is also very low, and there is no cold water if there are other people taking a shower nearby. There is only one bed in the room and no other facilities. The hygiene situation is okay and the bed is relatively clean. There is a small balcony, but the balcony door is broken and cannot be opened. 😃Very clean and newly renovated thesedays. Perfect location for travellers, divers, especially who love island because warisan is located just near to jetty. Easy to access restaurants, convenience store, drug store like watsons and guardian, so it was super convenient for me when I wanted to buy sunscreen etc. Near here lots of chinese, malay restaurants. there were one hair dryer and mini freezer in the room. There were tables and chairs in common balcony area. Highly recommended. 위치가 정말 좋았어요! 제티 바로 근처!! 주변에 왓슨이나 편의점가기도 편했고 최근에 침대도 시설도 새로 하셨는지 깔끔했어요. 섬 놀러가기에 이가격에 가성비 좋은 곳!! 방 안에 드라이기도 있고 미니냉장고도 있었어요. 윗층 발코니쪽에 앉을 테이블과 의자도 있어서 밤에 잠깐 바람쐬기도 편했구요. 세븐일레븐이 코앞에 있어서 늦게까지 간식 사러 갈 수 있는 것도 좋았어요.
