I must say I almost didn't book through Trip.com after reading some of the negative comments but that was NOT my experience at all! I saved money significantly by booking through them for the Oceanfront Suite and was able to confirm with the Hilton property right away that I was confirmed for what I booked. I would definitely book using Trip.com again in the future. The hotel itself was in an amazing location, great room view and value for the price. A few updates would make it exceptional but overall was still great.

Room took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.

Nice hotel in great location with direct access to the beach and local restaurants. Service was OK, the team always seemed to be trying hard to deliver best possible service, only exception was at the Breeze Cafe during the daytime where the lady really appeared to lack interest in being at work. Wonderful pool area which was surprisingly busy and good atmosphere watching the Fifa World Cup on tvs at the bar. Room was OK, good facilities. Only criticism was door lock to balcony didn't work and there was a horrendous smell on first day - like a dead animal or wet carpet?. I left the balcony door open whilst in the room to air it out which seemed to resolve it.

Although I found the furniture in my room to be old and worn, which was unusual for a Westin property, the room was very clean. The highlight of the stay was the exceptional customer service provided by the director of front office Michele Dela Cruz and the front desk representative Tatiana, (hope I spelled that correctly), they greeted me with a smiling face and a professional demeanor. They were very helpful and quickly addressed concerns or requests that I had during my stay. Let me not forget to mention that it’s obvious that the excellent service is clearly a standard because Suzanne and Freely were equally attentive in the lounge as well as Ambrose and Antonio in the restaurant. The employees have no control on how the hotel is furnished but they all made the stay enjoyable! Because of those folks I’ll be sure to visit again. Well done in the hiring arena Westin!!

Best hotel on the beach!! Staff was absolutely amazing Alexandra and Geraldo at the front desk were so professional and helpful during my stay , she upgraded our room with no extra charge, Isaac the bellman was also amazing! The hotel is beautiful the location was perfect , Absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!! 4.5 stars listed in my eyes was a 5 star hotel!! This Four Points property is very close to the Fort Lauderdale port, which makes it ideal for an affordable pre-cruise stay. The lobby is clean and the restaurant/bar offers a nice selection of options. The looked like it had recently been updated but the bones of the room were very dated. The thermostat on the wall did absolutely NOTHING. We needed to control the temperature via the controls on the old-school wall air unit. While the room did cool off, the unit did little to address the humidity in the room. The bathroom was cramped and the shower had limited pressure. When the hotel was last updated, they should have reno'ed the bathrooms to include walk-in shows instead of the super old tubs that are still present. My biggest issue is the soundproofing from the street noise. I've stayed in NYC hotels that had less street noise during the night than this room. If you decide to stay here, request an ODD numbered room as they point away from the street (and to the FLL port).

Very pleasing experience and will be back for sure. Megan at the front dest was very kind and helpful and resolved quickly the problem with the reservation that I accidentally made for the following month. The room was spotless, very clean, beautiful bathroom with cute little towels, all the essentials, you can see a lot of though put into the details in this hotel. There is also a restaurant downstairs with live music! And so many good restaurants at this plaza surrounding the hotel. I only stayed for 1 night but I loved it!

We were in town for a funeral. While checking in Oscar, the front desk associate asked what we were planning to do for the weekend. I explained we were local from Palm Bay and were here for a funeral. Oscar said he was sorry to hear the news and said, ”Let me see if the weekend can be a bit better”. We finished checking in and went to our room. After entering the room, we discovered he had given us an intracoastal room that you could also see the ocean from. This ”little” thing from Oscar made the weekend for my wife, as it was also her birthday, and we were here for someone else. Thank you, Oscar!!!
