This is the best hostel I’ve ever visited so far! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the ambiance where I can enjoy my long stay. I work remotely and this hostel facilitates me to work comfortably. I made a lot of friends here as they are so excited to meet foreigner like me and we did a lot of cultural and language exchange. I’d definitely recommend people to stay in this hostel 🤩 I had a great time!

Having stayed in so many youth hostels, this is the one with the best experience I have ever had. It is very close to the West Lake, right next to Yongjin Gate. In addition, the public area is spacious, clean and tidy. Someone cleans very early every day and they are all very enthusiastic. There is also a reading corner and an open-air balcony where you can play billiards and practice yoga. The room has enough space. There is a large cabinet that needs to be unlocked, and there is a small cabinet under each bed. The storage space is very sufficient. The bed curtains are all-inclusive, and there is enough private space and security. The roommates are also very good. They talk when they should talk and try to keep quiet when they rest. They are very cultured. There is a separate shower room and toilet, as well as a laundry room, a water dispenser and a microwave oven, which basically covers all aspects of life. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. Any problems can be solved in time and they take good care of the guests. The experience of this stay is very good. I stayed for several days in a row. I hope it will do better and better and stay true to its original intention. I will come here again when I come to Hangzhou next time.

It's a youth hostel, so I guess you get what you pay for-- general pros and cons of a general hostel/capsule hotel applies. ' However, I must say that the service is exceptional. Initially, I didn't quite enjoy my stay there due to the corridors smelling abit weird, (plus Hangzhou having a general issue of cigarette smoke being almost everywhere) plus all the other cons of a typical capsule hotel, plus other miscellaneous issues such as the laundry machine also relying on having an alipay WALLET, (which, as a foreigner, I did not have) or my locker having issues, but, the staff at the hostel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping me find a way to get my laundry done, my locker fixed. I felt that they knew what they were doing and I didn't feel too worried my entire time there. The staff also were very helpful in giving directions, recommending food, and even with parcel collection. I am not really quite sure what else to say here, I just felt that they were super friendly and sweet, and willing to help with any queries I had. (Once again, thank you so much, if you guys are reading this, I literally cannot stress this enough, thank you, thank you for helping me, thank you for making my stay so enjoyable) Additionally, the vibe there is amazing. Although I came with low expectations and no intention to make friends, I somehow (credit to my travel buddy) made many new friends and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them, speaking with them, overall interaction. The whole place just has this nice chill vibe and they've also got lots of games there, and a nice pool table. The concert night was quite fun too, got to see a nice rendition of 后来 (刘若英/Rene Liu) by one of the performers. Perhaps I'd do it again.

I stayed 4 nights in 4 female bed room and it was lovely. My roommates were very respectful. The room had everything I needed, except for towels, but you can purchase disposable ones from the machine and they were okay! The terrace in the hostel had such a cool vibe. I ordered food online and then ate it on the terrace which was lovely. They also organise different kind of events, karaoke nights, movie nights etc. So cool! The hostel is easy to find, the metro station is literally 4 minute walk. There are plenty of shops Family Mart, Lawsons and pharmacies nearby. A lot of places to eat within walking distance. Really convenient location! I cycled only 20 minutes to West lake scenic area and then walked back which took me less than 50 minutes but was a pleasant and easy walking route. I would highly recommend staying here if you are on a low budget and don't mind sharing space. Bathroom was gender mixed but very clean and no issues there! I'd stay here again definitely! 😍

Recently, we have been organizing activities together, which is very lively. In the lobby, when eating in the lobby, we often see them playing games. The public area is very large, and there are free shampoo and shower gel. There is almost no queue for going to the toilet and taking a shower. The dormitory is just like a university dormitory. It seems like I have returned to college. The price-performance ratio is really super high for more than ten yuan a night. There are also board games, meeting rooms and study rooms. This was my second stay at this hostel/hotel. I love that it is so centrally located inside the Lu Xun Hometown. So many restaurants nearby. The double room is small but comfortable, with a window to a courtyard with beautiful plants and flowers. The hostel is a renovated Qing dynasty mansion. The beds are a bit hard, but the linens are nice. The TV had free movies. The hostel's restaurant's lady made nice ”Western-type” breakfasts for 20 rmb each. The best aspect of this place is the beautiful manager Li-Yi-Li. She wore a qipao... spoke English, and was helpful in every way.

Hotel location is very good, convenient to travel, bus and subway are convenient. The overall health is also very good, the bed is clean, the curtain is good, but because the bed frame is wood, things are accidentally touched, the sound is very loud, worried about affecting others. With lots of black stains (like mud), it is recommended to bring your own laundry bag with the washing machine.

We visited the Daisy Youth Hostel, on our most recent trip to Hangzhou. The owner and front of house, were friendly and we were well received. The check in service was prompt. Unfortunately, the room was not made up, when we were taken to our room. Regardless, ”It was however dealt with, and it was cleaned while we waited”. Sadly, we still noticed embedded dirt, this needs to be addressed by the management. As no visitor would like a filthy environment. The location is prime, especially for visitors whom wish to visit the scenic areas. We extended our stay with another day, as we were still exploring the area. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced, even though we paid for another night. Overall, the Daisy Youth Hostel has lots of potential, and could be ideal for visitors to the area.

先説缺點：1.老舊，牆壁啥的有些發黴。2.漏水和其他問題，我住的房間就是衞生間樓上漏水，睡覺的床頭頂上也有一直類似電視劇啪的黑屏那種電流聲，半夜會嚇醒。3.隔音不太好（半夜三點被走廊一個小哥説話吵醒了（當然這個就是路人問題了不關商家的事情 再説優點：1.安全，因為老闆家就在前台那邊。2.服務好，我因為牙齒髮炎需要鹽水漱口，就要了點鹽。3.旁邊吃的多，而且好吃嘿嘿嘿。 不過我住的房間不大行可能也是因為當時考試大家都住滿啦，其他時候去不一定換不了別的好一點的房間，評論僅供參考

Jackson has been a wonderful host. I'm well looked after by him. Maquewo is conveniently located. 150 meters from metro and 400 meters from the Drum Tower where a lot of eating places are. Moreover , Moon Lake and Tianyi square are within walking distance. I enjoyed the hospitality they extended to me. Shall be my first choice when coming back.

賓館還不錯，每次經過必選下榻之地，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，賓館位置優越，處於熱鬧地帶，吃喝玩樂非常方便，房間選擇性多，且價格美麗，經濟實惠，還是很不錯的選擇。

入住體驗很好，乾淨衞生，早餐也很滿意。 前台工作人員也很熱情，很優秀效率也高（¯▽¯）👍
