I went with my 70+ year old parents and my husband. The ages of the other guests were from young to old. Everyone was comfortable, kind and caring for everyone else. We met two great volunteers- Nelly and Jessie who were great at connecting folks every evening. Our rooms were on the second level, facing the pool. We never heard anything from the parties right down below, even though they stayed up later than us. The walls were thick and the doors kept the sound out. There were two families with young children who also seemed to have no issue with any sounds. What to say about the staff? Faii and Dalí were knowledgeable about everything-set up a snorkel trip and recommended the best restaurants! Oh and the cleaning folks made a delicious breakfast every day. The beach was AMAZING. An easy walk down from the hostel. Shaded by trees and soft sand. The water was warm and shallow. I want to go back! Don't miss it!

We stayed at this great hostel for over 3 weeks! It is run by a super lovely Australian couple. Perfect location for Koh Chang, great spots are within walking distance even without a scooter. If you like electronic music, want to make new friends and make direct contact on the island, this is the place to be. We actually stayed there as a family with our baby and felt really comfortable. We had one of the private rooms. But we also recommended the dorm directly to friends. Because despite a ”multi-bed dorm” you always have privacy there. We would love to come back next year ＜3

In the afternoon, I arrived in Bangkok and took a five-hour car ride to the Koh Chang Pier. I only had to find a place to rest and go to the island the next day. The other one was booked first, but it felt unsafe and cancelled the hotel. The environment is very good in all aspects. The main owner, Bill, is a nice guy. Breakfast is delicious in the morning. recommend

White Sand Beach
A great budget hotel on the first line of White Sand Beach. A room with two beds on the last floor, the window went north. There are no balconies, a large hall in the form of an atrium, where the doors of the rooms go out, than the community reminds:) No elevator. There was a terrace on our floor. From the next roof in the morning to the window of the room come monkeys to ask for food. There is a safe in the room (not fixed) , refrigerator, table, chair and closet. There are tea supplies. In the bathroom. Staff is good and responsive, the cleaners start working from nine in the morning. Breakfast is not available, but in the same building 7/11, very convenient to buy delicious tea from the morning. Beach across the road, lying 30 batts. For its price, the hotel recommends budget travelers.
