Nice hotel right on the Balaton embankment with its own marina and wellness center. Beautiful quiet environment, but very far from the city center and also from the main promenade. But the peace and quiet is excellent. The rooms are small, one side of the bed is almost against the wall and it was difficult to reach it, weak heating in the spring, it was cold in the room, a disproportionately large bathroom but with a very small shower where the average person had trouble showering. Our bathroom smelled of sewage. Wellness with a large swimming pool with a little cold water and a whirlpool with quite dirty water, which is adjacent to the children's pool. I was not very impressed with the wellness, I was expecting better equipment. Breakfast and dinner deliciously cooked, even if breakfast is still the same and evenings are often repetitive. The problem was that, despite the large number of staff, they did not have time to replenish the food and there was often a problem with an empty buffet. The restaurant and bar staff had trouble communicating in a language other than Hungarian, but they were still very nice. The same goes for the staff in the wellness area. The only good English speaker was the reception. Despite the high price and 4*, this hotel should be presented as 3*, because the services and facilities did not correspond to 4*.

We have been guests at the hotel yacht for six times. This time we were first in the high season. The hotel corresponds in almost all points of the category of four stars, air up there is every time. Plants dry before entrance area makes a very sharp impression, some flat mosaic in the whirlpool and swimming pool dissolve and the sharp edges are in danger of injury! Very disturbing and uncomprehensible we felt this time (Our first visit in the high season) the following situation: next to the Hotel Yacht is the Hotel Molo (rejecting state) of which, however, guests are the breakfast buffet and the wellness area of the Hotels Yacht was allowed to use free of charge. We do not see a hotel Yacht paying an extremely higher price than guests at Hotel Molo and thus have a trubble at breakfast and in the wellness area!! Normally the moto ”you get what you pay” should be valid! Fortunately, the Hotel Molo is allegedly soon to be destroyed. This situation will not change with guests from Hotel Molo at the Hotel Yacht, we and many of our friends will not book anymore at the hotel yacht! Very positive to mention is the very friendly staff in all areas, the excellent kitchen at the evening buffet where there is always a Vegan offer and that dogs Welcome to the heart.
