I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. It is so close to marine drive, I mean I just have to walk across the street and the sea is just right in front of me. Besides that, my room got the sea view so I could see beautiful view in sunset and sunrise. Also the restaurant has a balcony so you can enjoy the view while having your breakfast

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

Not bad, although the single room is quite small, but it is acceptable to live alone. Pre-paid unair-conditioned taxis from the airport are about 660 + 70 (tolls, I do n’t know if it was pitted). From the hotel, uber to the airport is 500 + 20 (tip). I never found the main entrance of this hotel. They all came from the corridor of the Trident Hotel next door. It was not until the day of check-out that the main entrance of the hotel was on the negative first floor! Outside the hotel is ”Yuebanwan”, which is very lively at night. If the air is good, you can still run. Walk to India Gate for about 20 minutes, all kinds of noise on the road. There is no supermarket near the hotel, but there are Starbucks and McDonalds, and there is also a cinema. Hotel breakfast is still good, à la carte + small buffet, service is good.

We were there for a birthday buffet brunch at the Seven Kitchens. The staff was amazing and very customer oriented. We had a complaint about some food items, the chef came immediately to check and removed the dishes totally from the buffet. Our complaint was appreciated.

The service at JW Marriott Juhu was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at JW Marriott Hotel Juhu whenever I am in India. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

The team is very friendly - but nobody picked up at the restaurant when I tried to order some food. Other than that, the service was impeccable. The room is well appointed with very nice bed and bathroom. There was no bathrobe in the room and there’s no dining space for two people (only one chair in front of the desk plus one arm chair; shower was a bit hard to use. All in all my experience was positive, will consider to stay here again next time when the AER bar is open again

The hotel staff are very welcoming, and when they check-in, they will send sour plum soup, and they will always say hello every day. Compared with local service levels, it has become very international. Breakfast is also very good, especially compared to the local situation, it is really international. The location is also very good, walking distance to popular attractions such as the India Gate and Museum. It’s a good shopping spot everywhere, there’s a shopping street and a hand-made keychain (see video). However, many people's attractions and shopping spots are easy to eat tofu by Indians, so be very careful!

I loved our stay at President - Ihcl SeleQtions hotel during my business trip. The ambience is really good and staff is so cooperative. Meals were on point (considering me being health freak), food was clean and upto the mark. A few locations as Marine drive, Gateway of India, Hotel Taj - everything is so nearby to roam around. I asked them for a special dinner planning and they were so helpful in arranging everything on time. I would definitely love to visit again and stay there only.

A Delightful and Authentic Stay at Le Sutra in Bandra We visit India every year, and this time, we wanted a place to stay in Bandra. We came across Le Sutra, and it was absolutely perfect. Each level of the hotel is thoughtfully designed to immerse guests in Indian philosophy, and the luxurious touches throughout make the experience even more special. The reception area is beautifully crafted, showcasing the kundalini level, and as you move through the floors, you encounter all the chakras, each represented with authentic copper plaques. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered to create an atmosphere that’s both sophisticated and culturally rich. The location is ideal—situated in the heart of Bandra, it’s close to numerous restaurants and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and the entire hotel is spotless, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. We stayed at Le Sutra after a trip from Goa, and it was truly a delight. For anyone seeking a luxurious, modern, and authentically Indian experience in Bandra, I highly recommend Le Sutra. We would definitely love to return!
