My daughter and I had a wonderful week-long stay at this hotel. A big thank to all the employees who worked like crazy to organize the newyear's party which was incredible! the buffet was just breathtaking and the atmosphere amazing. A special thank to the entire equestrian center team (especially Fox, Jonny and Jimmy) and their good mood and their way of treating their animals and also the tourists with the greatest respect. My daughter went horse riding almost every day... I thank also the kitchen for my little gift when I left. A big thank to Shaaban for his kindness and help during the stay. I will not forget to thank Hassan from the diving center for his kindness and advices and the organisation of our trips. We will for sure come back soon to see all our friends again.
This is a very good hotel, located on the beach. A long jetty takes you 1km out to sea where you can snorkel, dive or just admire the views. The hotel is welcoming and well managed. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and are serviced daily to a good standard of cleanliness. The food is good quality, varied and well presented. I found the staff to be friendly, professional and hard-working. My only criticism is that to drinks on all inclusive are of a very poor standard and should be reviewed by the hotel management. I would have awarded a 5 star review if the drinks were better quality.
