The property was very near to Morjim Beach and best clubs like Anti Social and Tikitii (10mins walk). Rooms were very spacious. They have maintained it very nicely. Clean and hygienic. Staff and service were top notch. Mr. Shankar(I think he was the Prop Manager) helped us every possible way to make our stay and trip very comfortable abs fun. But the cons as well, property doesn’t have a sea view and the breakfast there wasn’t that great! But at this budget finding such a nice place in Goa is quite a bliss. I enjoyed and loved it.

As there are two sides of a coin, in the same way this resort has two extremes and i will leave this up to the readers to decide what they would choose based on their preferences. To start with, this resort is a complete package if you are looking out to have a quality time at beach side resort with your family or as couple. The view from the beach facing rooms and the restaurent is to die for, you can’t capture them in camera. Added plus are the bath tubs attached to the rooms and public jacuzzi fitted near the restaurent, where you can order your stuff while enjoying the mesmerising waves and the breeze. Also the hospitality is great, all the staffs are well trained, professional and are ready to help you in any way possible. The buffet spread is great but repetitive. The options include chicken sausage/nuggets, dosa and egg live counters, veg and chicken sandwich, puri sabzi, idli and cut fruits ***** with juice and cut fruits. Now, coming to few of the ‘not so interesting part’. If you are a party person and looking for a nightlife and ambience, this is not the place for you. Everything gets settled by 9:30 to 10 pm even though the restaurant is open till 10:30. The beach will get extreme dark and there will be pin drop silence by 10, making you feel that its time for bed. They have a swimming pool but its confined and you will not like to waste your time there. Now comes the biggest setback about this place. The only road that brings you to this property is built on a private property and the owner is not ready to build a proper road to reach this place. The road gets really tricky specially during monsoons and if you are riding a two-wheeler or a car with low clearance, you can get into a trouble. There are ditches as deep as potholes and the tires can get stuck as you cannot make out the depth of these potholes filled with water. The roads are so narrow that if a vehicle comes from front, you have to reverse your car to give way, that too in such a road. it does not show the steepness and width of the road. Still you will get an idea on the road condition. But apart from this i found everything else excellent and a free room upgrade, for which i am really thankful to the management. So, please decide based on your parameters and preference.

There are few recent reviews, so I want to write. A good cozy hotel. As far as Indians can keep clean, they keep it that way, they constantly sweep, rub something, wipe, well done. Cleaning every day, the staff is polite, until the very night I saw that they brought drinks and even food to the rooms. Breakfasts are quite acceptable, you will not go hungry, there is a variety to choose from. We were the only Russians, but this does not bother us at all. We have something to compare with, we have been to many places - for Asia, especially for India - the hotel is wonderful.
