Fabulous staff great accomodation. Will definitely be my go to venue in future. Before we arrived staff were amazing and so helpful. Parking great. Accomodation outstanding. Only issue I would comment on is the bath in deluxe accomodation. Not everyone can hop in and out easily. No rail or place to hold on to and very hard to reach tap without being in bath . Having said this was a lovely bath. Need to think of older clientele too. Bay staff amazing. Great pool. Fabulous views . For domestic staff just check radio alarm not left on. Was not fun being woken at 1am then 7an]m and no idea how to turn it of !! Well done to all. You rock…..

Second stay. The hotel is in a great location. It is a 5-minute walk to Boxhill Center for shopping, dining and transportation. The room is equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There is a refrigerator, simple tableware, spatula and induction cooker for simple meals. The exhaust and air conditioning are noisy. Remember to take the initiative to notify the front desk to clean every day, otherwise no one will clean.

In the suburbs of Melbourne, far from the city, travel is not particularly convenient, the surrounding villa area is quiet, 2 floors of small hotels, rooms are old, no toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers to prepare themselves, waiters are sometimes not clean, The front desk will speak Chinese, there is no problem in communication.

Budget room attached to a TAB with bar, dining. Located opposite Westfield. Checkin could’ve been improved. We waited some time as receptionist chose to answer the phone before checking us in. The checkin desk was unattended initially so the whole process was a little painful. The room had a king bed with crisp sheets and comfortable pillows. Air con/heating. Balcony. Tv. Nice new bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities. BWS on site. We didn’t eat in the hotel and instead opted to explore Westfield which is just across the road. The road up to Westfield is quite steep, which didn’t bother us, but may be difficult if you’re less mobile. Overall, a good nights sleep. Very clean. Will definitely return.

This classy little hotel will greet you right from the entry. Experience elegance, charm, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The rooms have a classy and comfortable feeling, A 5 star feeling in a Roadside hotel. Highly recommended especially for people who like to experience quality accommodation at affordable prices.

This place is clean and adequate. The booking process was easy. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I stayed in one of the units across the road. A bit hair raising crossing the busy road late in the day after a long day of travel and work. The unit has a kitchenette and washer and dryer which would be good if having an extended stay. I was only there for about 12 hrs so not much use to me. The bed was comfortable but there was no TV in the bedroom and the bedside lamp (only one in the room with a queen size bed) did not work. Instructions to get to the unit were clear and it was easy to navigate through all the security doors. There is a vending machine in the lobby that dispenses cold drinks. It is a long walk back to Box Hill for restaurants and public transport but UBER could find the units easily.
