Colleagues stayed at this villa on their birthday. They were the second time they stayed. I was the first time. It felt better than I thought. But I was clean. I feel like the toilet is just like the toilet. After taking a shower, the floor is wet. The bathrooms are not able to put the shower gel shampoo on the ground. Or on the washstand. The toilet is not dripping. Anyway, I went 2 times. There is no TV in the room. But it is very big and comfortable. This is what I did not expect. My favorite is the balcony with the barbecue. At first there was no light but the landlord called a division to help pick it up. The cold and warm lights are particularly warm. Unfortunately, at 10 o'clock in the middle of the night, a little more than 11 o'clock, the police came to say that we were disturbing the next neighbor. You can't barbecue on the roof around 10 o'clock. A little disappointing. Almost fined (the police said that this homestay is often complained of fines) we want to have fun. But don't disturb others. The balcony can't even have lights. So I have gone to sleep for most of the time. The overall comfort of the landlord or the villa can be given a good. If the toilet can be improved. There is also not enough hot water for bathing at night. Half of our dozen people wash in cold water in the middle of the night 🙄 very crashed. So you have to talk to the landlord in advance. The refrigerator is not cool enough. There is also a lot of things in a canteen at the entrance. It is best to buy all the things during the day. You can bring some fruit by yourself. Or you can bring some past more real haha

The environment inside is very well furnished and atmosphere. Billiards game machines, amusement park and other facilities are equipped with backyards and barbecues. It is a good place for friends to gather for a family to stay in. The owner is also very good. We are not familiar with the surrounding environment and ask him. Help us patiently answer the overall feeling very good

We love everything about it, food is yummy, so much to choose from. The resort is super clean, and lots of different hotspring. Excellent place, will definitely come back

Wanshan Island appeared in the second season of ”A Bite of China”. It is a small island in the west of Zhuhai. I came here because of its reputation. There are not many flights to the island. Currently, there are only three flights a day from Xiangzhou Port, but I think this is also the reason why I want to come to Wanshan Island, a feeling of ”hiding in the city”. You can't go wrong seeing the ”Roland and Chateau” Hotel, the best hotel + the most beautiful scenery + the best food. The hotel is located on the hillside of Da Wanshan Island, built on the mountain, with a staggered layout, a unique courtyard, and the entire hotel overlooks Wanshan Port, facing the west, and the sunset is particularly beautiful at night. I stayed in a sea view room with two large floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a small ”L”-shaped balcony. The room is bright and warm, and the sea view is refreshing. The best thing is that the bathroom has a sea view. The hotel's hardware facilities are very good. The ”Roland and Chateau” Hotel has strict standards. Although it is a hotel on a small island, there is no need to worry about hygiene, air conditioning, hot water, etc., which makes people feel at ease. It is the off-season for the hotel now, so not many people are staying. The hotel is quite large and beautifully designed. It can be said that there is a view at every step, which is truly ”facing the sea, with flowers blooming in spring”. There are also suites with front yards. It must be very comfortable to stay with children and family for a few days. I ordered the hotel's set meal for 2 people, which tasted very good, especially the seafood seaweed soup, which was made with fresh fish from Wanshan Island. It has both island flavor and high-end restaurant products. The hotel is a one-to-one service with a butler system. You can ask the hotel to send a car to the town at the foot of the mountain to go shopping at any time, or go to other places on the island. It is 24-hour service. During our stay, the butler Mai Yanming was considerate and attentive, and responded quickly. From confirming the itinerary after booking to introducing hotel activities and catering after check-in, to the final departure, she has always been meticulous and very helpful. Thank her again! It's a pity that I didn't go into the water to experience the hotel's swimming pool by the mountain and the sea when it was cold. It must be more beautiful in summer.

1. The hotel is located in a remote area, but it is in line with the positioning of a sanatorium hotel. It is very quiet and comfortable overall. 2. The fully enclosed hotel is well received. No strangers can easily enter, which plays a big role in the safety of guests' property. 3. There are not many types of breakfast, and the taste is just right. 4. The service attitude of all staff is very good. 5. The room hygiene is generally very clean and meticulous, but in some places, it can still be clearly seen (Figure 1) that there are little marks on the floor between the two beds. I don’t know if it has penetrated into the floor and cannot be wiped off. 6. The bedside socket is set up in an incredible way. There is only a socket on the bedside table on the window side. The socket of the other bed is actually set between the two beds (Figure 2) and there is no place to put the mobile phone. At night, you either put it on the ground or plug it into the table next to the TV to charge it, but he put all the light switches on the bedside table (Figure 3). This design is really the first time I have seen it. 7. I didn't see or feel an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and I didn't find an exhaust fan switch at the switch. The entire bathroom is a closed space with no ventilation, which makes the smell last for a long time after using the bathroom. Otherwise, you can only open the bathroom door to exchange the air in the room with the air in the bathroom. At the same time, the smell will also escape from the room. 8. The shower head interface in the shower room leaks seriously, which shows that these facilities should be neglected in maintenance. At the same time, the shower drain has a serious odor. 9. The air conditioner evaporator has not been disinfected and sterilized. It happened that the temperature difference between day and night was large on the night of check-in. The air conditioner stopped cooling when the temperature was lower than the indoor temperature at night, and then a very strong sour smell blew out. I was woken up by the odor for the first time at night. I got up and turned the air conditioner to the lowest temperature to get rid of the smell. 10. The night bed service is very good. 11. Some value-added services for Ctrip members are not available in this hotel (such as delayed check-out)

I went to Haiquanwan Resort with my family. I saw this B&B on Ctrip. It was located in Haiquanwan Resort and the environment was very good, so I booked it in advance. My family could rest here after playing. I didn't have high expectations at first, but it was unexpectedly good after checking in. The furniture and appliances were all new, the sanitation was also very clean, there was a kitchen for cooking, and there was a mahjong machine for playing mahjong. It was very cost-effective and much more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

Service: There is not much traffic on the island, the butler service is full, and sometimes 2 or 3 people serve you together, it is really nice! Facilities: The battery car is picked up and dropped off throughout the whole process. Bowling and simulated golf are also very convenient to play indoors. There are also many water projects. I didn't catch up with the good weather this time. I plan to come and try it next time. Dining: On the first day, I went back to the room to wash. The restaurant closed at 9 o'clock. The next day, someone wrapped the island, resulting in insufficient ingredients in the noon restaurant. I can go to the bar to eat a simple meal. I can improve it here. ～ Landscape: The sunrise and sunrise on the picture come from the cloudy day after rain. I feel that the weather will be more beautiful. I have begun to look forward to the next time.

This is my first time total at The PATA Hotel with my families total 14 persons during this Easter Holidays. Hotel rooms are spacious & clean. Staff are polite & helpful in particular check in staff A1250 she is excellent very helpful and nice. She provided excellent service and provided detailed information, answered all my enquires promptly. Breakfast is good many varieties. Hotel provided free shuttles go around nearby areas… very convenient. I will recommend friends to stay at PATA. Thanks

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.
