The location is perfect with lots of nice places to eat in a short safe walk and the customer service from the staff was excellent. The property is under major renovations so be prepared for some inconvenience but, the rooms are clean and currently the parking is free. I cannot wait to see to see it completely finished.

On the hillside, facing the Mount Lookout, you can see the scenery of the mountains, or you can see the Christmas lights of Mount Lucaw. The room we stayed in was not big, but it was quite comfortable. It is important to note that there are a number of hotel chains in the Fairfield Hotel. We must figure out the address before we check in. We didn't set up the GPS. We suddenly went to another hotel more than 20 kilometers away.

The only issue we had was the next morning housekeeping was very loud and woke us. After a late night out celebrating New Year’s it would’ve been nice to been able to enjoy sleeping in.

Great hotel to stay in on our trip from Michigan to Florida its always friendly and very welcoming and clean,its our 1/2 way point and very convenient off of I-75

The Westin is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The beds are very comfortable. Will definitely book again next time I visit Chattanooga.

The room is large and clean, spacious and stylish. A few minutes from the intersection of Highway 24. The surrounding area is safe, green, away, Rock City Gardens and Lookout Mountain drive for 5 minutes.

Read Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

It was awesome and great. I would definitely come back here again in the future. Breakfast was fine and delicious. The staff at the front desk in the morning was very friendly and warm.
