the location is good, cleaning is good. The service was not good, i have requested drinking water in the room but they refused to supply. they told me that my reservation doesn't include drinking water despite water is a basic service in any hotel. regards, wael

Arrived at the hotel and upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately poor standard poor selection of meals breakfast was okay dinner was not great not many options

It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

Best of the best! Super clean room and extremely comfortable. Feels like home. Superb Location just next to the main gate of Masjidil Nabawi. Buffet breakfast was great and plenty of choices. Highly recommended

Service by every member of staff was superb. Prime location, extremely east access to Masjid Nabi. Chef Sheriff deserves special recognition for the delightful meals that he cooked, and taking care of our needs. Staying here is an experience you don't want to miss.

The nighttime reception service was unfriendly, and the housekeeping standards fell short. During my last night's stay, I noticed the glasses in my room hadn't been replaced; the old ones remained. Despite calling housekeeping twice to request cleaning, the task was done carelessly. Breakfast needs more variety. Adding Western and Asian options would make it more exciting. Hotel Feedback Form 1. ”Suggestion: Enhance breakfast variety by incorporating Western and Asian options.” 2. ”Breakfast improvement opportunity: Increase diversity with international cuisine options.”

My stay on 9 to 11 of Feb 2023. Excellent location, short walk from towards the Masjid - the side of the Green Dome. Also a short walk to the food market. Friendly staff and spacious clean room - good condition bath and shower (no horrible grout work)- comfortable mattress topper - clean Tea/Coffee making facilities. Hallway to room smells good with some sort of atomiser and lifts are fast, on either side of the hallway. The receptionist kindly gave me an upgrade from the usual room I'd booked. All in all, this was a pleasant and peaceful experience. I comfortably got changed into my Ihram, ready for my onwards journey to Makkah via train. Mr Akhtar
