There is a parking lot, and the breakfast is very varied. The room is oversized and the family is absolutely enough to live in. The room is very beautiful and comfortable.

Walking distance to the Medina (old town), the royal suite room are big enough with huge living room as common area, only issue is the drains were clogged on our first night of stay but they fixed it the next day. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs, is kind of like a maze in the hotel.

This hotel is located in the old town of Fes, in the alleys, in a thick gate, there is a unique display of its unique charm! I understand that hotels with such characteristics in the ancient city are generally bought by some of the nobles and nobles a long time ago. Later, they built their own palaces and passed on to the characteristic hotels of the present generation! The layout of the lobby is very stylish, and the lounge has a lot of books and features to feel the owner's heart! The butler service is very attentive, remember to stay at this hotel, call the hotel staff in advance to pick you up! Their dinner is great, but make an appointment in advance, and the lamb chops are great!

The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

The hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

The hotel liked it. There is everything necessary. The location is good. The pool is really small.
